What bothered me is I was looking forward to a frosty mug of root beer and THEY PUT ICE IN THE MUG! That is unacceptable. If someone specifically asks for ice in a frosty mug, fine - give it to them. But by default, anybody who knows anything about A&W would not expect ice in their frosty mug! Like the old Miller Lite guy (may he rest in peace) said: "The only thing that should be in your beer is BEER!" It goes double for A&W root beer! Somebody needs to explain the tradition to the employees. I didn't complain because the establishment was getting real busy, but this needs to improve.
