We contacted Frogs Service because we bought a new processor for my sons gaming computer. After installation the computer wasn't working any longer. When Frogs arrived he plugged it in and stated that we needed a new motherboard. Didn't offer to fix it, order a new motherboard or how to and told my kids it's a $100 to look at it abs left. Them not know better gave him the money.. 5 minutes.. $100 .. I'm disgusted. We went to someone else.. dropped off computer and processor ordered new motherboard. He installed and replaced battery abs new fans and cost 180 and took two days.. I'm disgusted my Frogs.. He took my sons Christmas money and did absolutely nothing. No integrity or Pride. read more

Yep, James is the best on prices and service. I've been to him several times for service on my laptop and my dads laptop. We were always quoted a fair price for repair and never paid more than he quoted and most of the time ended up paying less. With my limited knowledge of computers, James could have easily charged me more money and given me a line about what's wrong with my computer (or my dads), but that is not his way. James is very knowledgeable, patient and fair. My dad lived in Temecula and recently died and I live in Northern Ca. Unfortunately I probably won't be using Frog Computer any more but I want to put in a good word for James anyway and really wished he lived up my way. read more

James is a life saver, was able to extract all my important documents and files from what I thought was a lost cause of a computer and transfer it all to my new laptop. Kevin is a LIFESAVER! a few week ago we were visiting my sister, my older son dropped my work laptop coming down the stairs. The corner of the laptop was misaligned and some of the keyboard keys stopped working. My due dates were coming up while I was vacationing at my sister's. I was desperate. Thanks Kevin for fixing my laptop AND saving me from getting fired...lol. The cost was very reasonable and definitely went above and beyond with service. As a gamer my computer is my baby. For some reason my computer wouldn't turn on properly. Every time it would be stuck with a circle just loading with a black screen. Freaking out I found Frog Computer on yelp. Contacted James and he was happy to help. Actually made me feel like he wanted to help. He told me what was wrong and gave me a price for the fix. I called other places to compare and the price was either a little above or overpriced compared to what James offered. Based on location and Yelp reviews, I decided to take in my laptop. I have had bad experiences with the "obvious" place to go. I'm glad I decided on Frog. The gentleman was very patient with my lack of computer knowledge, and an intermittent problem. This place is a rip off. They took my 45 dollars for an "Analysis" and found nothing. Why would you pay 45 dollars for nothing but an even more broken PC. They take your money slowly by asking to hold on to your PC longer claiming they're fixing it, when in reality they're doing nothing. Don't bother going to this place. James is a scammer. read more

I love streaming Netflix but for some reason it was running really slow. So I decided to take my computer to this Frog Computer I found locally. Let me tell you, it was the beat thing I have ever done. My computer soars now and I got my Netflix back and I have things to look forward to after hard day of work. I never thought this would be possible and I thought that I may need to buy a brand new computer. The price was reasonable and the service was super friendly. I recommend this place for anyone who's computer is running slow and don't want to spend hundreds of $$ to buy a new computer. Two thumbs up! read more

My computer died, and I took it to James at Frog Computer. He found the problem within a few minutes. My hard drive was toast. He took the time to walk me though everything I needed to do. My computer was old so, I choose to not get it fixed, and just replace it. He spent over an hour with me explaining what happened because I have no clue about computers, walked me though many thing about computers and how they operate. I ask him how much I owed him, and he stated NO FIX NO FEE.. Free Diagnostic... My 5 year old PC was running very very slowly. So I took it to James at Frog Computer, hoping I wouldn't need to buy a new one. He promptly diagnosed the problem precisely. He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. He ibstalled a new digital hard drive and suggested I buy an external hard drive and then helped me transfer the data from the old hard drive to the external hard drive, all for a reasonable price, much much less than the cost of a new computer. I have my computer back, better than new. I recommend Frog Computer highly, it exceeded my expectations! read more

I visited Frog Computer when my laptop was infected with a virus, and I was out with my fixed laptop in just minutes. The guy here is super knowledgeable, fast, and has excellent customer service. Since then, he has also helped me backup my laptop data and transfer them over to my new laptop.
