They were great at explaining to me the issues the vehicle was having or could have, and kept me informed and involved in all decisions and updated me with any possible price changes. More recently, I was involved in an accident. I chose 15th Street as the tow company. The tow driver picked me and my truck up. I was a bit shook up. I have no family here and was having an "i want my daddy" moment and Gary was very patient. Helped me out of my vehicle, as the door was stuck shut, explained processes to me. He helped me find words when I was too shook up to find them myself. He drove me to More than one car rentals, waited for me to get a rental. he went out of his way out of the kindness of his heart and made being far from home seem not so far.

The issue arose when I heard some strange noises. Upon investigation I realized they welded my V-band clamp on in the wrong spot. Which is the only reason I was so specific in my request. They ordered a new clamp and I just picked up the truck today. They didn't charge me labor which I expected them not to. However, they DID charge me for the clamp ($200 something). It's not my fault they didn't complete the job correctly and had to order a new clamp to fix their mistake. They should not have charged me for that.

I bought a salvaged car that needs a part replaced…read more I bought the part myself and after calling around town T&C said they could fix it and to drop it off. I showed up with the car and was told the following week it would be worked on. After a month went by with nothing I called. They said it was taking longer then they thought on the car they had but would get to my car the following week. 8 nearly 9 months later I would check in every couple weeks to a month and they still hadn't worked on my car. Kept being told the following week or something else. I finally stopped by after it being there for 7 months and asked why hadn't they worked on it. They said other cars were more important then mine and promised again in 3 weeks at least they would get it done. 4 weeks later I called and still hadn't done anything with it. I finally came and got it towed to another shop. Don't waste your time unless you have time to wait. I don't know and maybe its cause im mixed but didn't help me out except leave it in their lot for 8 nearly 9 months.

After about 30 minutes they called and told me my tire was toast and asked if I had a spare, I told them I wasn't sure because I've never had to worry about it. Frank told me he'd look and let me know. About another 30 minutes and they called me to tell me they had the spare on and I was good to go. When I showed up and asked them the cost Frank told me not to worry about, it was free!!!!! I asked if I could order a new tire through them and they said yeah, it'll be $138 and be here tomorrow. Frank asked me for the rim with the flat back so they could just get it ready to go when I came by the next day. I dropped my car off today and in about 35 minutes they had put my tire on. It was less than what they originally said, $128. I've NEVER had better service in my life. Everyone in the office was amazing and friendly. If you have tire issues, this is the only place you should ever go! I'd give them 50 stars if I could!
