I had taken my 4Runner into Carnahans and told them I wanted the entire coolant system gone through and changed unless it looked like it was performing like new. Radiator, hoses, hose clips, water pump, thermostat, timing belt, flywheels, I said everything. They came back saying everything was good except the water pump and thermostat. After they did that the heater core needed changing, no problem, that's what it needs. After they do what they do they call me at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon to pick it up. I do and drive it three blocks away and park it for a few hours. As soon as I start it up it starts pouring out all the coolant so I'm stranded outside after work in the -5 degree weather with my vehicle that had just spent two weeks in the shop. Called Monday morning at 8 and they said they can't get me in but if they get a cancellation they'll give me a call. This company clearly did not want my business. They were not willing to fix the issues their work caused. Will update if/when I hear from them.

More recently, I was involved in an accident. I chose 15th Street as the tow company. The tow driver picked me and my truck up. I was a bit shook up. I have no family here and was having an "i want my daddy" moment and Gary was very patient. Helped me out of my vehicle, as the door was stuck shut, explained processes to me. He helped me find words when I was too shook up to find them myself. He drove me to More than one car rentals, waited for me to get a rental. he went out of his way out of the kindness of his heart and made being far from home seem not so far.

I had a diversity of vehicles that they were able to service from tires to alignment to mechanical to technology, etc. - especially troubleshooting what was wrong with my older vehicles, find parts and keep them running - and they could always fit me into their schedule no matter how busy they were, and meet the deadlines they set for pick-up appropriately. The staff was always kind, courteous, took lots of time to help you with whatever challenge you had, and always took the time to explain the issue and the choices you had to remedy the problem. I cannot recommend any vehicle mechanics and full-service fuel business in Great Falls for a service related business that is better than 15th Street Service Center. If I still lived there they would have my business for life. A special note: if you are a woman, I highly recommend this business because they are one of the mechanic shops that doesn't charge women higher prices because of their gender. If you are a woman and don't know your vehicles well, this is something many mechanic shops will often do. As a female bringing your vehicles to 15th Street Service Center, you can expect respect, honesty and the same prices as anyone else coming in. Worked on my tire while I watched and even conversed. He made my experience the best. While watching Kris work on my truck, I asked if I could come in and he said I could. Tyler came out when my tire was almost done and in a creepy way asked me to come inside and that I couldn't be in the shop. He was thrown off when I said I'll stand outside the shop and told me "I'd love for you to come into the lobby." I had my dogs in the truck and didn't want them barking at anyone so I stood outside. So I told Tyler no and I'll stay here. Over all great expierence and got my repair free. I'll come buy tires from them for sure when I need them. Couldn't see the guy who gave me the offer on my tires but he was great as well. I did have some scuffing on my rim but not sure how it could have happened but it was way too clean to be old. The issue arose when I heard some strange noises. Upon investigation I realized they welded my V-band clamp on in the wrong spot. Which is the only reason I was so specific in my request. They ordered a new clamp and I just picked up the truck today. They didn't charge me labor which I expected them not to. However, they DID charge me for the clamp ($200 something). It's not my fault they didn't complete the job correctly and had to order a new clamp to fix their mistake. They should not have charged me for that.
