More recently, I was involved in an accident. I chose 15th Street as the tow company. The tow driver picked me and my truck up. I was a bit shook up. I have no family here and was having an "i want my daddy" moment and Gary was very patient. Helped me out of my vehicle, as the door was stuck shut, explained processes to me. He helped me find words when I was too shook up to find them myself. The issue arose when I heard some strange noises. Upon investigation I realized they welded my V-band clamp on in the wrong spot. Which is the only reason I was so specific in my request. They ordered a new clamp and I just picked up the truck today. They didn't charge me labor which I expected them not to. However, they DID charge me for the clamp ($200 something). It's not my fault they didn't complete the job correctly and had to order a new clamp to fix their mistake. They should not have charged me for that.
