Long story short, their google listing mentioned that Veterans Day could interrupt their hours. So I called ahead. The man that answered laughed me off the phone when I asked him if they were open today. I mentioned to him that it was Veterans day and that I was checking to see if they were open before sending my daughter down to get a tire fixed. He hung up laughing at me. Well, that tells me everything thing I need to know. I'm glad Les Schawbs is opening just few blocks down 10th. Well, Im happy to say they finally finished the oil change TODAY (04 Jan 2023)...it only took a total of 3 oil changes, 2 oil plugs, 3 tow truck tows, 1 rental for 6 days, 24 days of personal leave taken, one "forgot to screw the skid plate back on" damaged skid plate, one stripped oil pan resulting in Valvoline buying me a new one, one district manager, one regional manager, and one Montana Valvoline Enterprise Manager....and then getting my car back and it looks like it's been mudding off some back roads in Augusta, Montana. 0/10 would recommend, especially with lack of communication and having no idea where my car was for about three weeks. Hugh's Diesel & Auto Repair actually fixed my car and replaced my oil pan. 10/10 would recommend, especially when we had the cold snap and all the diesel trucks gelled up and their engines froze.

The price was outrageous, but it had low mileage, And it had the navigation I have always wanted. Before driving off the lot I engaged the navigation it showed me in Canada and I live in Montana. I called over the salesman and he had no idea how to correct it, he asked more senior salesmen and they didn't know anything. It was getting late so I took it home , I followed the book and tried to reset it myself, no luck, called Mopar no luck, even called Serious. The next day the service dept suggested disconnecting the battery and that would create a reset. I took it back to Lithia and the did the reset,still no navigation. When I requested it be repaired LITHIA said they said they would have to CHECK THE WARRANTY. Really! This car was sold as a certified pre owned vehicle. Lithia then agreed to replace the navigation because it was covered by warranty. I also told them I had discovered a slash in the passenger side head rest, I also wanted that fixed. I was told by Lithia they would fix it for $495.00. I had the car for less than 2 weeks, but lithia kept insisting "how did they know if I didn't slash it". Fast forward, I went to pick up the car,spoke to service and they were never told about the headrest other than it need to be replaced. NO COMMUNICATION to service from sales . Service said they could find a cheaper one for $59.99 and the would pay half (I was in). I get ready to leave and a light comes on saying audio sound was not engaged. Thank God I didn't leave the lot, took it back to service they ran diagnostics and said the radio was bad it would have to be replaced. REALLY,THIS IS THE NEW NAV/RADIO THEY JUST PUT IN.  All I can say is don't leave the lithia lot until you do a detailed inspection with a magnifying glass and make sure everything is working the way you want . I never intended to get another car, but when I was hit and my car totaled I had no choice. If you go to LITHIA MOTOR IN GREAT FALLS BE CAREFUL!!!!

I have no family here and was having an "i want my daddy" moment and Gary was very patient. Helped me out of my vehicle, as the door was stuck shut, explained processes to me. He helped me find words when I was too shook up to find them myself. He drove me to More than one car rentals, waited for me to get a rental. he went out of his way out of the kindness of his heart and made being far from home seem not so far.

Emily quoted me $3,930 to repair a small dent on the side. We took it to two body shops and each quoted half that amount. Emily then passed me along to Brandon since she was about to take some time off. My last conversation with Emily was to compare the amount of money I'd need to borrow, plus my vehicle's trade in value, versus City Toyota's estimate. Theirs was $22,395 plus my truck. Mine was $19,895 plus my truck. When I met with Brandon today, I said I'd like to try and meet somewhere in the middle. He went back to the man behind the curtain who said, "our best offer, which I will not negotiate, is your truck plus $22,800" or something similar. Then they tried to argue that the "pulse brake light system" (which I don't want) was installed adds $500 to the price (which Emily never mentioned). I spent an hour and a half with Brandon, missed work and was made to feel like the victim of a major bait and switch. Thanks City Motors!

Went here to diagnose an engine misfire. I checked the codes before going in and i had an engine…read moremisfire code and a system bank lean code. When they scanned it they said there was no misfire code and said I had an air leak from the air box. I checked myself after the appointment and found the "leak" being three pre-drilled factory holes on the bottom side of the air box. There was also a leak from my air resonator which they didn't mention and quoted me $500 just for the air box and hose. Not including labor. Fixed it myself for under 100 bucks and turns out the air leak wasn't even the issue.
