They were great at explaining to me the issues the vehicle was having or could have, and kept me informed and involved in all decisions and updated me with any possible price changes. More recently, I was involved in an accident. I chose 15th Street as the tow company. The tow driver picked me and my truck up. I was a bit shook up. I have no family here and was having an "i want my daddy" moment and Gary was very patient. Helped me out of my vehicle, as the door was stuck shut, explained processes to me. He helped me find words when I was too shook up to find them myself.
