More recently, I was involved in an accident. I chose 15th Street as the tow company. The tow driver picked me and my truck up. I was a bit shook up. I have no family here and was having an "i want my daddy" moment and Gary was very patient. Helped me out of my vehicle, as the door was stuck shut, explained processes to me. He helped me find words when I was too shook up to find them myself. I showed up around 11 on a Friday. There was two cars in both bays. The manager greeted me in line and asked what I needed done. It was about 20-30 mins for each vehicle to be done. Once inside the bay, they quickly started on my oil change. You remain in your vehicle the whole time. They also checked my tire pressure and cleaned my windshield wipers. They also offer a military discount which was awesome! All in all I was impressive and super pleased. Mostly because everyone was engaging and moving quickly, even the manager!!
