Several of the shops wanted to just repair the old bumper cover instead of replace. Ed's came in with the best bid and replaced the old bumper cover with a new one. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the shop, the professionalism of the estimators Michael and Paul, and the length of time they needed to complete the job. My car was 11 years old and a white pearlized finish, so I was skeptical as to whether the paint patch would be noticeable or not, flawless, they did a fantastic job. I would definitely come here again if need be!

I showed up with the car and was told the following week it would be worked on. After a month went by with nothing I called. They said it was taking longer then they thought on the car they had but would get to my car the following week. 8 nearly 9 months later I would check in every couple weeks to a month and they still hadn't worked on my car. Kept being told the following week or something else. I finally stopped by after it being there for 7 months and asked why hadn't they worked on it. They said other cars were more important then mine and promised again in 3 weeks at least they would get it done. 4 weeks later I called and still hadn't done anything with it. I finally came and got it towed to another shop. Don't waste your time unless you have time to wait. I don't know and maybe its cause im mixed but didn't help me out except leave it in their lot for 8 nearly 9 months.

Unfortunately, the service she received did not match what was agreed upon. The car was waxed instead of polished, which did not address the scratches--the main reason I came in. The interior detail was also below expectations: areas such as the seats, door bottoms, weatherstripping, and door jambs were not cleaned properly, and overall the work did not reflect professional standards. For these services, she was charged $1,200. In my opinion, a fair price for the work actually performed (a wash, wax, and interior detail) would have been closer to $300-$400. I am requesting a partial refund of $800. Because of this experience, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this business to others. I expected professionalism and thorough detailing, but instead we left disappointed.
