1. Ordered SOUP, salad, and fruit bar with sandwhich. Bowls and signs for chili and veg, but no soup. They don't put soup out till 2:00???! 2. No croutons, egg, or bacon bit on salad bar. Sign for ranch was in front of bleu cheese. No spoons in sesame seeds. Had to pick up the canister. 3. Wife's buddy boy came with regular yellow cheese (supposed to be Swiss). Didn't ask, just brought it with the yellow cheese 4. One daughter asked for ranch, didn't get it. 5. Another daughter asked for no tomato, got tomato. 6. Third daughter didn't get her food. This place has mid maintenance I saw like 2 or more big flies, the water tasted like tap water with a pinch Of salt unless you put ice, the burger looked like it came from a high school cafeteria has not much meat and bread is yellow lime, the only thing good here is free desert. read more

Poor service and food. They deserve some leniency due to COVID, but even that is not enough. Food is worse than a regular fast food restaurant. Poor quality. Lettuce was stale and old. Ranch was expired, yet still served. They are trying to have people order up front and then seat them at a table to wait. This could be a good idea, but they are just making people angry. People have to wait in line to find out that they have to place their order immediately and if you aren't ready, you have to get out of line and then back in. There should be menus closer to the entrance and multiple signs saying what is happening. This way people can be more prepared and speed up the process. Oh, and you do not get the same menu options through drive through vs inside. read more

Tony and I usually go here for Breakfast. We try not to be that typical older couple but we seem to be getting more and more into that pattern. Both in our mid 50s now, not 2 spring chickens any longer. We enjoy their breakfast menu but we are not into the whole buffet thing. Never got into those much because of germs and stuff. I usually go with the breakfast norms, nothing fancy. I can't handle the sweets, hurts my belly. Sugars give me a headache. I wouldve given less than one star if i could. Our servers name was Melissa. It took us about 10 minutes to be seated and then once we were finally seated we decided to eat at the breakfast bar and we were halfway through our first plate before we even got our drinks and then she continued to say she will be back with our straws. after that we never saw our server again and we had to go up and ask for straws and then once we finally were done eating she never gave us our check and all of the other tables around us never got their drinks and we had to go up to the front to get our check. How does a server never come back to check on their tables within 30 minutes. Absolutely terrible service. read more

Awful. Waited a long time to get seated. You now have to order your breakfast as you come in The girl that rang me up messed up my check twice and also added a charge for something I didn't order. The breakfast bar oh what to say , the gravy looked like sludge, the sausage patties were so dry they looked like jerky potatoes and sausage links were good the people working here are super nice and wuick to get tour drinks but as far as breakfast bar goes would have to recommend to go somewhere else if you want a good breakfast read more

This has been the absolute worst experience in a restaurant in a long time. I got here and they had the breakfast bar open. It looked quite appetizing at first, but boy was I in for a rude awakening. I got to get my first plate and I try the food and it's pretty damn cold. I say something to the waitress about it and she goes and warms some food up for me. Sure enough the heating mechanism in the bar went out so all of the food was cold. The food that the waitress brings to my table smells like spoiled food. I paid $10 for absolute trash. My family ate here on a Friday night a few weeks ago and we had a terrible experience! There was literally 3 other tables in the entire restaurant filled, yet we couldn't even get any service! I got the soup and salad bar to go with my regular meal and had to go up front to ask for a spoon because there were none at the bar. She brings me a tea spoon....we ended up missing our prior engagement that evening because we had to wait an hour for our food (not sure why since the place was empty). We had to get up and find our waitress for refills on our drinks! My husband's chicken strips were raw in the middle. Kids were happy with their meals of a burger and fries, and some kind of grilled chicken. I ordered a club wrap and she brought me a club sandwich. When I said this was supposed to be a wrap, my waitress looked at me like I was stupid and said, "Uh, well, do you want me to send it back and get you something else?" I told her I would just keep the sandwich since I didn't want to have to wait another hour for my food. I got no apology, nothing off of my bill, and I left NO tip. Will never go back! read more

Frisch's is pretty reliable, family-friendly fare. Decent prices. I usually get a bacon burger. Their onion rings are above average. The salad bar actually seems like a pretty nice option, although I've never selected it. I have done the breakfast bar, which has a surprisingly nice selection. My inlaws seem to love the liver and onions, but I'm not quite prepared to go there myself. read more

Our waitress was great! She actually was the hostess and saw we hadn't been served in several minutes of waiting and waited on us. Placed a large order for myself and staff members. When i arrived to pick up the food i was informed they did not have the items to complete one of my orders. Order was placed 30 minutes before being picked up. One would think they would have called and informed us that we needed a second option. Once getting back to work with the food i noticed food was missing. As i called to let them know that food was missing i told them i would pick it up. After everyone else examined their food they also noticed food was missing. We called them back and asked if they could bring it to us due to so many orders being messed up. The response was rude, stating that they WILL NOT be delivering. Once someone went to pick up the food, the food was very hastily handed over. No apology or thank you given. The workers were very rude and unhelpful! It had been several months since we had order from them due to the service being so bad. we were hoping that since we waited so long it would be better. that was not the case and we will not be back! read more
