We got the car back and realized water was coming in. None of the weather stripping or moulding was replaced. Took it back and another gentleman got very nasty with her and Miguel took over the conversation. Miguel refused responsibility. She brought it to the dealership upon leaving this establishment and they showed her where a tool damaged the gasket to the windshield. This has been a costly headache. Not only did the windshield need to get fixed but the flooring has mold from the water damage. Shame on Miguel and Maaco for taking advantage of an old woman. He did try to get me to bring her car in so he can try to fix the mold but unfortunately the damage is done and I wouldn't even bring my bike to them. The dealership (who doesn't offer paint jobs which is why we had to go elsewhere) also said the paint job wasn't good. They not only didn't buff the old paint off but they didn't buff the glue that was left behind from the gaskets they removed and painted over the glue!!!

Phone call after phone call, message after message, with no answer or reply. The message on his phone is no longer Sunrays. It has some woman and only her name on the message. Now I can't get him to honor the lifetime warranty and replace the tint that was done so poorly. I don't know what happened, but Sunrays has gone to s**t. It's like he doesn't care.
