Didnt work so was able to go home and order a replace online for $22 and three days later it was delivered and works great. How can a Bernina dealer not have any machines to test a foot pedal on? My Brother/Elna dealer has numerous models on display for those interested in trying various machines before purchasing and to test things like foot pedals on. I don't recommend them as they didn't seem very knowledgeable nor very willing to help.

When I asked them for a quote to re-upholster 17x20 dining room chair, they wanted to charge $75 a piece for 6 dining room chairs. No deal, no hourly rate; no negotiation whatsoever. Then they said that they would not do delivery because normally you can "unscrew" the seat of the chair. I'm sorry, but by the time I unscrew the chair and bring a bunch of those over to you with my own fabric, what am I even paying you for? This might be really reasonable for upper class people. They did say at this business that reasonable is relative and I would agree. I was not able to get my service done here because it is way too steep. They were cordial, but clearly exclusive.

I could literally spend a good three hours in here just looking around at everything! There's a great variety of fabrics and designs. There is also foam that you can have cut to size. Also, a number of pillows and cushions to choose from. They also have a reupholster office! The young man who helped me was great! Cut the fabric like butter and rolled it up on a tube. After he cut some foam for me, he tied them up so it was easy for me to carry. Oh, and make sure you look at the fabric that is on sale. Lots of good buys back there! The only think that was challenging was being able to pay through my school, which might have been also an issue with my district. Other than that, the staff is really friendly and I look forward to coming back!

Today I unroll it to do my project and the rubber backing is dried and rotted, when you cut it all the pile falls out. Even where you dont cut it just rub it and the pile falls out leaving a bare spot. Now these guys handle this stuff all day, theres no way when he cut this off the roll he didnt see this was defective because it leaves a helluva mess. I brought it straight home and didnt store it outside or in a hot car. (Its automotive carpet anyway!) I dont think I will be back soon if theyre trying to unload old defective product, this is not cool.

I waited it a few days and reached out. Days later I received a response my message was received. I waited quite a few more days and reached out again to see how the estimate was going. No response. A few more days had passed and I tried again. She said she would have it the next day. Two days later a random estimate arrived with no correspondence to accompany it. The bid was extremely high. Never a follow up from the owner. The reviews are good and she came highly recommended. Terrible customer service.
