Kim answered the phone and was so helpful to get me in the next morning! Kim also helped walk me through some insurance issues I was having, one of the best medical professionals I have ever dealt with at a medical office. Dr. Suydam was so thorough in diagnosing and explaining the issue I was having. Called me in my prescriptions to my pharmacy right away. I even had issues with the pharmacy and Dr. Suydam got on the phone with me to solve the prescription problem. I can't thank you enough Dr. Suydam, Kim, and Primary Eyecare for all your help!

I see I'm not the only one with this experience, but I have had an extremely frustrating time…read moretrying to get my contacts that I ordered through them. They said 2-3 weeks from when I ordered them at my appointment. It has now been 7 weeks with no end in sight, which is frustrating enough in itself, but is compounded by the fact that they have been completely unresponsive and have given me ZERO information or follow up. I've called multiple times and been told someone would call me back, which they have not. I've also sent emails which have not been returned. I understand things happen and get delayed but avoiding patients and not returning calls and emails is an insane way to do business. I had to rush order other contacts online because I needed a new pair and had no other solution. I wear monthly contacts and they always stress the importance of changing them regularly, and yet they're the reason I'm not able to. Thankfully 1800contacts got my order delivered in under 48 hours (over a weekend and holiday too!) Now I just want my money back on this contact order I may or may not ever get, but apparently they "can't refund an order once it's been placed". My visits have been fine, but this whole process and their complete lack of care for their patients will have me finding another provider.

I brought my two young sons (7 and 4) for a check up before school started. I was able to make a…read moresame day appointment and wasn't really concerned with a 'Walmart quality' optometrist as I thought it was just another simple check up for my kids. The doctor was wonderful with them, she was friendly and happy to explain all of the tools and tests to the kids and put them completely at ease. To our great surprise, the 4 year old ended up having a significant vision problem in one eye. (This was his first vision check up) The Optometrist gave me a diagnosis and wrote a script for lenses, but she also referred us to a specialist. I ended up taking him to CHOP and having him evaluated by a top pediatric ophthalmologist. Her diagnosis and prescription matched Walmart exactly. We bought two pair of glasses through walmart and have had them replaced several times though their 'insurance'. (He's a 4 year old boy, he doesn't really do careful!) His glasses or lenses were always replaced quickly and efficiently. Usually I would only have to call and tell them he broke X and they would order the replacement. I am really surprised at just how great the vision center has been and will happily return in the future.
