She listened to the dry eye issues I was having and did a dry-eye test, made suggestions, and also checked my vision. Her staff were friendly and professional, and they were patient and helpful while I picked out new glasses. I called after I left to change the color of the frames, and no problem! Dr. Shade made suggestions on my lenses so I could see my computer screen and also be able to read closer objects. Less than a week later, I received my new glasses and they're great. I recommend this practice and will definitely go back again.

I had a very disappointing experience with this office. While Dr. Lim is knowledgeable, the overall…read moreexperience at her office is overshadowed by terrible customer service and billing issues. The new front desk staff member, an older gentleman, was extremely rude and unprofessional. When we raised a legitimate concern, he responded by mockingly pretending to cry in front of my face (yes, seriously). When I called him out on this behavior, he couldn't even look me in the eye or apologize. It was the most immature interaction I've ever had in a medical office. On top of that, the office appears to overcharge, and getting in contact with anyone is extremely difficult. Calls often go unanswered, and resolving billing or scheduling questions becomes unnecessarily frustrating. A healthcare office should treat patients with professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, despite the doctor's clear expertise, the front office experience makes it difficult for me to recommend this practice.
