In florida for a tournament and everything was closed after my game so I came here and I am sure glad I did. It was a little before closing time and they were so nice and considerate and let us order. Definitely very friendly and would definitely come back for more food. got a chicken wrap and it was to die for, so good. Food was absolutely delicious and staff here are so amazing. I'm glad that when a mass closure of Friendlys occurred, this one remained in operation. Tonight, my family and I came here for dessert as no one beats Friendlys when it comes to cold treats. We had a big party, so the waitress was able to take down a divider between booths to accommodate us. This makes for a more comfortable visit as opposed to restaurants that place large groups around a table. The waitress was very attentive and nice. It was an all around great visit! read more

We ate there for 1st time in early Feb, we both had Turkey BLT and fries. It was good, really good. It was the best sandwich I had ever eaten kinda good! I think it was a male chef, not sure, he was tall and black/brown hair.Now, it's don't know what happened from Feb to March, but dear lord change back. I got Turkey BLT and it was so badly made. Could not even hold it. HUGE inch thick pieces of Turkey. So big you could not keep it on bread. We asked for onions and they added full rings of onions and the sandwich was cut in half and it was a large onion too. Barely any Mayo. The bread was so old when I tried to pick it up it literally crumbled. Ya know it is hard to mess this up, now, imagine how bad it has to be to mess it up. Finally COLD HARD FRIES!! Out of all the meals to be eaten breakfast is one of the least that gets me excited unless it's all the beacon you can eat for anything under $3 bucks, then I'm in but my heart pump repairman would himself have a coronary so no holding my breath on that ever happening. But I really enjoyed my breakfast sat Friendly's and would have given it 4 stars but I can only be a fan of breakfast if it is an all you evan eat bacon joint (one exception is Flippin Eggs in DeKalb, IL but my wife loves that place and so to keep joy in the marriage I have to have one favorite breakfast place), There is nothing fancy about Friendly's it isn't pancakes, waffles and french toast in a 1,000 different ways but rather a basic breakfast menu which I prefer over an IHOP type place. I had a bacon and cheese omelette, ,bacon! gotta have bacon! It was a good omelette, the bacon was big and crispy! The toast was toast and the coffee was coffee. The server was very friendly but I guess you have to be to work at Friendly's. The prices were very reasonable and though not fancy in decor it was clean and simple which as you may guess I like. Will I get off the plane and rush to Friendly's next visit, no but if it was nearby I'd take my lovely bride there. read more

The food was good and the ice cream excellent. The service here moves a bit slower than elsewhere. Most customers I heard come in while we were there got at least one "we will be right with you." But they still take care of you. Ask for the ice cream menu when you sit down to see what flavor of Shake you may want. We would come here again though. read more

BEWARE Double charges . CC Fraud. The food is great I've come here several times without incident. The staff is usually very nice. On my last visit the waitress said my card didnt work. I checked my bank account and noticed she had charged my card two different times with two different amounts. When I brought this up she said it was a mistake, and the amount would be cleared off the next day. Regardless I couldn't use my card,so we had to use another card. After 2 business days the charges were still on my account. I contacted the Friendlys manager who asked me to give it another day and call him back. My husband and I went with another couple. We haven't been to a friendly's in years! I was so excited and they definitely lived up to my excitement! The place is for sure in need of a face lift but it was clean. We didn't wait long for a table our food was delicious and our ice cream was amazing too! This restaurant does not honor its coupons! My husband and I took 3 grandchildren and had a coupon for a free kids meal with the purchase of an adult entree, no limit. Beware if you are a large party because they can't seat more than six at a table. Our party of 14 was seated at 4 tables, with kids and parents spread out among them. The staff and management felt compelled to berate our party for being in the way. Multiple times. We felt unwelcome enough that we took our desert to go. Second and last time of eating at Friendly's last night. (First time was a few years ago) Horrible, horrible service. 10 min wait to be seated, they had open tables. 5 min wait to get a waiter to order our drinks. 5-10 min before our drinks were brought out. 25-30 min before we got our food. My child's quesadilla was mediocre, Husband's A-1 burger was okay. My burger was the greasiest gross thing I have ever tasted. I only ate half before I had to stop. Another 10 min wait for our server to take our dessert order. 15-20 min wait for him to bring them out, I could see him in the kitchen standing around talking to co-workers, including a woman I believe is the manager, and I KNOW he saw me watching him as we made eye contact a few times. My husband finished his tea within 10 min of getting it. Never got a refill. We got there at 7 and left at almost 830. For a burger and ice cream. Freakin ridiculous. I had a build it yourself omelet (choose 3 ingredients) with chopped potato fries and toast for 6.99. They also have a built your own burger. But the biggest thing they pride themselves in seemed to be their ice cream. They offer everything from cones, fudge sundays and shakes to ice cream cakes. It is what it is and if you're not there for just ice cream, expect a decent diner serving. Like the name the staff is exceptionally friendly and breakfast is two thumbs up.
