Had the misfortune of my computer crashing on me. Took it to Best Buy's Geek Squad and the cost was unreasonable just to diagnose. Found another computer repair service place with a reasonable fee for a diagnostic, but once that was done, it was recommended to send it in to HP for repair due to being possibly a motherboard issue or screen replacement. Luckily my co-worker told me about Kirk. Kirk did his thing and recommended next steps. It was an easy process, Kirk took care of everything from finding and purchasing needed parts to installation.
