One thing to note is that the pedicure chairs are elevated, requiring you to step up into them, and they are not massage chairs. I wanted the same experience and Shannon did not disappoint. We started with cutting my hair a little shorter than usual - to just below my ear lobes. Shannon added lowlights to tone down the existing full head brown dye and let my natural grey/white areas work as highlights. Then she gradually cut off the brassy-blond left over from coloring and let my hair grow longer again. Now I have shoulder length grey hair with natural white-silver highlights and am loving it!
