I cold called Thomas because of the great reviews here. Within 15 minutes, Thomas had power going to the new battery, but the keyboard wasn't working. About an hour later, he called to say it was all good...an internal cable had been loosened/unplugged. All that for $60, after the fix. It's not often in this day and age to find someone who not only is proficient, experienced and knowledgeable, but also truly loves what he does.
