When they finally got the lenses installed - sometime after two weeks - they had installed completely different lenses than the ones that were ordered. Now, its 6 and 1/2 weeks since the day of our order and still no glasses. It was allegedly "expedited" by the lab... but every day its always the next day that it will be ready. How long does it take to install lenses - obviously, even though they are over a month late, they still are not prioritizing my order and it is still not ready. Its now 47 days.... and counting... maybe it will come tomorrow? My wife also ordered glasses with a specific lense. That was completed sometime after two weeks, but once again it came with a completely different lense than the one that was ordered. The glasses were returned and that pair was finally ready after 6 weeks from the order date. There is something truly wrong when the same store installs incorrect lenses twice on the same order especially when they charge full price on Worth Ave. And then, after they recognize the problem, they have made little attempt to get this fixed on a timely basis. i guess customer service is not a priority for them.

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of visiting the Louis Vuitton store in Palm Beach on Worth Avenue. From the moment I walked into the boutique, I WAS IMPRESSED!! My sales associate, Irina Potlog introduced herself and she was warm, attentive, and genuinely focused on understanding my needs, rather than just making a sale or show me a different bag. She looked up the inventory and no surprise, my bag was sold out likely would not be found anywhere. Now, remember, I have been calling Louis Vuitton customer service at least twice a week for the past three months, hoping to find this bag with no luck. As I left, she took down my information and put me on a waiting list just in case one became available. To my amazement, just FOUR HOURS LATER, Irina called me saying that she and her team located my bag and that it would be shipped to the store and I could pick it up it 48 hours. My first thought was that this must be some mistake. It is so nice to see that is people who genuinely care about what they do and Care so much for their customers. This boutique has not forgotten that their customers are the most important thing. It's very clear that this store and all of the staff have been exceptionally well trained trained and It's very evident that they work together as a team. This level of responsiveness and follow-through I found astonishing. You just don't see this anymore. You don't see this kind of service. Every staff member I encountered at this location demonstrated exceptional training, professionalism, and sincere care. I can say without hesitation that the Palm Beach location, my SA: Irina Potlog, Store Director: David Preston and of course, the store manager: Francis all worked together to provide a seamless experience unlike any any other Louis Vuitton location I've been to. This location has not forgotten how to REPRESENT its brand "Louis Vuitton" Bravo!! Thank you, Irina, David and Francis..you have earned my business and loyalty for life. I had an espresso upon arriving while I shopped. The boutique was immaculate. Jenny was my sales associate and she was absolutely phenomenal. 100 stars. She was so kind, accomodating, and honest every step of the way. She made my first experience one to remember forever! She showed me all of the bags I was looking for, let me place all of my belongings inside, and look at how they looked in the mirror. I then had a wonderful experience at the make up counter with Leticia who essentially made up my entire face while Jenny boxed up my bags. I was given lots of make up samples as well as perfume and mascara samples. Overall, I was quite weary about coming to the Worth avenue location as I had a prior poor experience at another shop on this street. Nearly two years ago, I developed a double eye infection due to excessive irritation from allergies I experienced on a Fall trip to Upstate NY. After my return home, I was reading something on my computer monitor and noticed my vision was distorted in one eye. Alarmed and borderline paranoid - I was clearly going blind... I called for an appointment and I was able to get in rather quickly. Dr. B treated me and she was lovely, knowledgeable and patient. Her calm demeanor was most helpful because I was a nervous wreck. Additionally, her expertise was invaluable. I saw her throughout the following few weeks and she was a gem! Until this point in time, I had been accustomed to wearing contact lenses since middle school. I hadn't owned a pair of glasses since the 6th grade. Imagine my horror when I had to transition into glasses because the long term use of contacts wasn't conducive to my allergies nor the worsened condition of my eyesight post infection. She was compassionate and sensitive to my needs and it really made a huge difference during this ordeal. Fast forward to me transitioning into glasses, the gentleman who fitted and assisted me with pick-up was both friendly and helpful. The glasses didn't go well for me because I'm a runner and felt like I was running in a fishbowl when I ventured out. In the end, I opted for LASIK surgery as I was fortunate enough to be a candidate. Although I'm no longer wearing contacts nor glasses, I still visit for my annual exam and my daughter is still a regular patient. America's Best offers great customer service and is extremely affordable. More important, I couldn't imagine seeing anyone other than Dr. B (I can't recall her last name but I'm almost certain it starts with a B and she knows who she is) after having such a positive experience during one of the worst health ordeals I've experienced. Disclaimer: I know people go through much worse so I'm truly blessed. Be sure to join the eye club and take advantage of the 3 years of exams for what I believe is a $99 fee. The club also provides healthy discounts on contacts, glasses and accessories such as cases. Finally, one can create a profile and schedule appointments for the entire family online. If you reside on the South end of the County, I've visited the Boynton Beach location prior to WPB's existence and was pleased with my time there as a patient.

Helped my sons transition into contact lenses last year. A little trial and error, but she was so patient. We've always had great service from the sales staff too. Unfortunately, the sales staff changes each year but, Destiny is new in sales, she's fantastic, so accommodating and helpful. It's a typical, modern business just trying to squeeze that last dime out of customers. I'm just so tired of it. The choice of frames is nice. It took almost a month to get my glasses, though.
