I visited this office in April. I needed to replace my glasses this month because they had scratched. First, I was no longer on their computer. They used my prescription. I received the glasses, but they are not transition lenses. read more

The worst eye doctor and orescription experience I have had in my life, 31 and wearing since 2. Fraudulently charged my insurance. Fraudulentpy took down my debit card information, horrible communication, Manager Audrey is developmental, no accountability. I literally protested this establishment, with law enforcements blessing. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND HURT THIS VETERAN. read more

The doctor I can say is amazing but the office staff not so much. I went in back February 28 needing glasses as soon as possible they told me it would be two weeks. No way to rush went in today almost a whole month later and they said it's 14 business days when they looked it up, they never ordered it. They never marked my payment as paid, so now I have to wait for them to process everything as I was getting my prescription they use the wrong insurance. Then the lady argued with me back-and-forth over everything I don't feel like she should have to argue with people when they made a mistake would never go here again. I'm off later in $312 later I'm still without glasses. read more

This West Palm Beach location is great! We've been coming to this location on Village Blvd for three years now for our whole family. After 2 awful experiences at the Wellington location just up the street from us. Well worth the drive to never have to go back to that location! I have three kids, my husband and myself. We chose For Eyes because they take our insurance and have great styles and name brand like Ray Ban, Kate Spade and Gucci. We love Dr Nugent, she's awesome! Helped my sons transition into contact lenses last year. A little trial and error, but she was so patient. We've always had great service from the sales staff too. Unfortunately, the sales staff changes each year but, Destiny is new in sales, she's fantastic, so accommodating and helpful. We have ordered everything from contacts, glasses to prescription sunglasses for all of us over the years. read more

My vision insurance allows me a pair of glasses every 2 years. For Eyes is close to my home, so I gave them a try. The place is contemporary, and nice, the optometrist, Dr. Richard Bernstein is top notch, took me without an appointment and my eyes had gotten better, not worse. He gave me several sample contact lenses to try out, and then Marie helped me picked out glasses. Marie is well trained - which is good since the selection is overwhelming. I picked out the frames, and got the lenses with invisible transition to readers. She knows her stuff with the vision insurance which is awesome. That's the good part. The follow-up was terrible. If they are busy you get a message machine and no one calls back. When I did get someone, they forgot the order the contact lenses I preferred. My glasses? Sorry, they arrived with a chipped lense, it will take another week. I decided to stop in the next Saturday - my glasses were ready, they fitted them and I love them. My new contact lenses were there too - but no one called me to tell me that either. Bottom Line: Nice Place, Good Doctor, Vision Ins. Pro's, but do your own follow-up. read more

For Eyes - For Eyes Optical at Village Square in West Palm Beach - Optometrists Near Me - West Palm Beach, Florida

I am still fighting with For Eyes. The customer service sucks. Kathy should not be a store manager. I have complained previously and even called the GM but her customer service skills sucks. I went in and picked up my glasses (that was never ordered again) on October 28, 2017. Tameka gave me great customer service but what I did not like is that I were told I had to wait to see Karen (whom was with another customer) to finish my order for the complimentary glasses that Kathy told me I was entitled to due to the issues I have been having. Again why do I have to wait on Karen when Tameka is here assisting me already. I will not be returning to this store again and if I go to another location and Kathy is there I will leave. The GM, Tameka & Karen provided me with GREAT customer service skills. I have nothing personal against Kathy. I feel like she lacks in the Customer Service field. I work in this field everyday and I could not treat a customer the way that I have been treated. I find it funny that my negative post is not shown but all the positive posts are shown. How can you learn from your errors? read more

I have had eye exams and purchased glasses at For Eyes on Village Blvd in West Palm Beach for years and I have to say that Dr. Amanda Nugent is the best optometrist I have been to. She is friendly, professional and very thorough. I highly recommend her. Choosing frames was made very easy by the wonderful staff. Linda is amazing at making sure the frames and the finished product are just perfect for the person wearing them. This is a very warm and friendly office. I see other reviews that claim it is pricey, but I have to disagree. I have always been treated very well and I always feel like I have received the best product at the best price at For Eyes. I highly recommend For Eyes on Village Boulevard in West Palm Beach where you will be treated right! read more

Horrible business! At first they would not allow me to accompany my wife for her exam. My wife has issues with memory so it is important for me to accompany her on medical visits. After arguing with store personnel they finally let me accompany her. Now I wish they would have not let me in and we would have gone somewhere else. Optometrist for exam was great, nice, patient. he was good. But the staff that helps you with glasses, etc, are rude and condescending. Michelle is the worst. She has such an attitude. This is supposed to be a service business but she needs training on how to treat customers. We are going elsewhere to get glasses and now need a new exam because they refuse to give you the prescription you pay for. If you want to be treated well do NOT go here! read more

Even though this is an overall nice store, I had to rate it 1 star due to horrible customer service from Linda, who made my purchase the worst experience ever. She included in the estimate all the possible upcharges while I just wanted a basic single vision pair. She insisted me in rude to buy features I didn't want to the point where I felt uncomfortable, almost obligated to purchase them. I should've just walk away and regret buying it from her. Also, later I found out there was a promotion where I could get a second pare of equal price free. I asked if I could still get it, when she stayed yes you can but another day since the store is closing. It was 6:20 pm, and the door says it closes at 7. read more

Great staff and service, and has an incredible selection of name brands and some alternatives to save some money. The lab is not on the premises which is the only reason I'm not rating a full 5 stars. My Rx is very strong and most large labs won't cut me my custom sunglasses, and the wait time is somewhat longer when they need to be shipped offsite. My new Ray Bans came in with a small imperfection, but the excellent customer service rep Emily caught it before I drove up there and wasted any time. She sent them right back to be corrected and I look forward to having them. I would recommend them! read more
