First of all the name of the restaurant is fried flavor. That is a joke, our food had no flavor/no seasoning. We ordered shrimp fried rice with fried chicken wings. The shrimp was laid on top of the rice and the rice only had eggs in it. Shame on me, fool me once you won't fool me twice. Very disappointing at how flavorless the food was, it was not worth paying for. I knew we should've went to the Chinese restaurant. I'm torn between 3.5 or 4 stars, nevertheless, I'm happy to have a good wing spot here in Riverview besides overpriced BWW. Prices are reasonable. The wings are a good size, but some lack seasoning/flavor. The mild was too mild like Crystal hot sauce, no heat. Medium is just right for me, more flavor and heat. Garlic pepper was a disappointment, no salt in the seasoning mix so it was bland. As long as you choose your flavors rights it's a win win. Fortunately I did not have an unpleasant experience with the staff as others have mentioned. Let's hope that stays the same. read more

As long as you know what you are getting here you will be happy. Let me explain. This is a sister restaurant to the chinese restaurant 2 doors down. That is why you can get wings and fried rice. We have tried the place twice. The wings are good. The cheesesteak is just an add on. They need to serve burgers to be honest. Everything fried there taste the same. Amazing service little to no wait time. Fries were very fresh a little too hot but they were great. The wings had great flavor. I normally go for garlic Parmesan but I'm looking to try other flavors. I asked for them extra crispy swimming wet. It was delivered perfectly fine. They even gave me the option to check over my food to make sure everything was correct before I left and paid. UPDATE: As usual, the quality of the food has diminished over time -- likely because they were on their best behavior during the first few weeks of the grand opening. Needless to say, the menu options have changed, the prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. The manager on shift on 6/29 at 8 pm very unhelpful. I placed an order thru yelp for pick up and they gave it to some grub hub driver. I don't understand why they did that and they asked me to call grub hub. He said, someone came over with the order on the phone and they gave it to them but the order still showing as open for pick up, No food and now calling grub hub and on hold for 15 minutes. Very disappointed with the way this restaurant manages a customer complaint. The manager sounded like he just got a job as manager. He needs better training, this is unacceptable. Requesting a refund. I am beyond upset at this point but seriously the manager could had managed this complaint in a more professional way. read more

Was there yesterday and I absolutely loved the food. Ordered the philly with fries and a shrimp and wing combo. Both were amazing. Love the Hot honey wings. I must also commend the young lady at the register who handled an absolutely rude customer with grace and control. He was rude and calling her racist ( he's white and she is also white) don't see how that even makes sense to him. Complained about fries that looked perfect to me saying that they were burnt .... Ummm no they weren't. I believe he was looking for a free meal. But this you d lady handled it with grace and posture. Over all. Great food great service. I went there the first time and the wings were great. The second and third time they were terrible! They were so over cooked and dry. I called them and all they said to me was I will tell the cook. Called in an order, picked it up and found out that we had been shorted food. My called and informed them that I would drive back over and pick it up. When I asked for my food I was informed that it was my fault because I didn't check it before I left. I then asked to speak with a manager and the young lady that I had been speaking with informed that she was the manager ( she appeared to be about 15). I told her that she was very inept at her job, she then informed that she was very good at it, to which I replied, if your that good why do I have to check after you before I leave the store? The service was friendly and the food was good and hot. I live maybe 10 min away and the food was still hot when I got home. Only on one of my visits my slaw was not cold and fresh. I visited Fried Flavor for the 2nd time today. The food is good and the staff is friendly. I ordered my chicken wings fried extra crispy but they were not. The fish was well seasoned and I like that you get a choice of seasoning for the fish. The one drawback none of the staff wear hair nets. All in all good food and I would recommend. read more

Very disappointed, my son wanted boneless wings he will only eat boneless wings . I called to order boneless wings asked how much boneless wings are, girl gave me price told her I want 20 boneless wings about 15 minutes they should be done. Ok go to get had to wait a few minutes but all good. Got them home they are bone in wings called explained they gave wrong order. Was told it was a miss communication....no I said boneless twice when the girl put order in she did incorrectly. Ok ill bring back make my boneless that I paid for and we all good....lady called back no you have to pay for the new order because the miscommunication there was no miscommunication your girl put order in wrong.
