First, I was brought cold wings, not even Luke warm. Second, the waitress never asked which little sandwiches my husband wanted, she just brought out random ones. (Can't remember what they were called that he ordered) Third, she never wanted to give us refills on our drinks. I feel like maybe we just had a bad waitress? But either way, horrible service. Food was decent might have been better if it was you know, warm? read more

I ordered these wings to go and it took about 20 min for my food to be ready with it being decently busy inside on Memorial Day. The host in the front was helpful and packed up my food quickly. Even with the drive home, the wings were still good and crispy. The medium wings could've had a little more sauce but that's just my preference. $28 for 20 wings, not super expensive but definitely not cheap either. read more

I will NEVER go back to this specific Frickers AGAIN ! EVER ! I will not put myself in a position to where I know I'm gonna end up getting in trouble by the law because I have a hard time keeping my mouth shut when I'm being disrespected ! I have now been blocked from their Facebook because they don't like my honest opinions and if I had to guess it's ran by the one girl that i absolutely can NOT stand because after I put my honest opinions on there is when I was blocked !! The young ladies name is Abby and I'm not even kidding when I say this she is the rudest person I've her met ! Then I find out that the managers are not treating all the girl (employees) the same and when I saw their Facebook page it was proven to me to be true seeing as though Abby's face and another girl which happens to be a really good friend of Abby's is the only faces plastered all over their Facebook page !! It's not right !! ALL the girls should get treated the same !! I like the one in Troy a lot better ! ALL the staff is great !! And ALL of the employees get treated the same which is the way it should be. They have all of their faces on their Facebook page not just two of them. They can block me from their facebook for expressing my opinions but they can't block me from posing my reviews elsewhere. . Food is great though, just don't take ur kids there unless you want them to see females that aren't fully clothed because Abby and the other one tend to dress like trash . Abby is friends with all the older male customers I've noticed that but I refuse to keep my opinions to myself Like I said the food is great though for the most part, so you don't have to take my opinions on all this but please feel free to stop on there and see for urself read more

Don't know if the cook is on drugs or what but a wrap ... was made and the sauce was so much it was in every crease of the tortilla , my sons food was burnt lol barely any fries, my mans quesadilla was soooo fricken dry ....I've worked at frickers for five years. Don't TELL ME "oh it's a butter base sauce." Durrr the sauce was not there. You ain't getting a dime from us ever again, enjoy your sh" show read more

They take forever to make your food and the bartender takes forever to get you your drinks

Came here on Xmas eve and Ashley "waited " on us. Terrible service worse server we have had. Never brought silver ware or napkins. Never checked back with us just came and dropped the check off. She wasn't polite or courteous at all. Ignored us the whole time we were dining there. Will not be going back there for a while and if we do I hope she is no longer working there read more

An absolute disappointment. 1) Sat down at the bar because there was no hostess on duty 2) Waited many many minutes for the bartender, Alicia, to "see" me, in spite of the fact I purposely sat directly in front of where she was standing. 3) Had to get her attention, and tell her that I was ready to order. 4) Had to ask for a refill of my iced tea. 5) Waitstaff wearing the REQUIRED face masks like chin straps. Oh ... the food ... I ordered the chicken salad ... It was very good in spite of way too much cheese. I seriously doubt I'll ever come back to this particular location. I've contacted the parent company regarding this location, and waiting to hear back from them. read more

an update from my last review I'm just going to point this out again. I've seen a lot of bad reviews about this place and most of them are terribly wrong, well in MY opinion and ! This place does NOT smell like sewer so I dunno why that was even said ! I would know because at one time this place was our home away from home lol. I AM a people watcher and I DO pay attention to what I hear and see around me ! However I will say this much there IS two bar tenders here that dress trashy and their attitudes are horrible esp one of them. I've seen the one throw a huge fit while two managers were there . I've also paid attention to how rude she can be to a few of the customers. Whoever posted "depends on who you are " nailed it because that's exactly true ! Their bartender named Jess is one of the best and she doesn't get credit where it's due ! if Jess leaves they will be screwed but then again I honestly don't think they care sadly . Something else I wanna point out is a majority of the staff especially the bar tenders act like they are crazy busy and get very frustrated when there's like maybe 10 people lol. They have the same loyal older men customers that have been going there before we even started going. We don't go as much because of 90% of the staff there act like teenagers and it gets old after awhile. they need to make their stadd have a dress code because if I had younger children I definitely wouldn't be taking my family there ! Not to mention these girls have children of their own ! They treat certain staff better then they do the other ! (Told you I'm a people watcher) especially the way they dress on holidays !WOW ! If they don't do something about the tiudes of a couple of these girls this place won't last much longer! I was just told last weekend from the lady that opened up a Mexican restaurant here in Sidney that the girls had to have a cop come there to basically make sure they stay safe when closing, don't know if that's true but that's what I was told. We know this lady her name is Beth, we know her from her other Mexican place at the lake . This place left a comment on my first review and asked me to email them, I did and got no response. A lot of our friends were going to this place at one time but they stopped because of the food being cold when they got it and the staff having such horrible attitudes. Something else, I have noticed that this place can get very busy especially during football season and when they do take outs it's the bar tenders place to take care of that too. I mean come on ?! this place has a lot of managers so I don't understand for the life of me why things aren't getting done right ! Most of the bartenders literally act like they are still in high school. They need to take control of the girls attitudes and there's no reason why anyone's food should be cold by the time it gets to them. I am seeing all the BAD reviews and sad thing is, is most of them are true and nothing is being done ! i Honestly was told that the bartenders dress the way they do because the tips are better ! You could not pay me enough to show up to work dressed like ! There is one in perticular 30 year old bar tender that works there (which I was mind blown when I was told she was in her 30s) after I witnessed the fit she through over a damn football jersey !! I mean I've never ever seen such immature staffing in my entire life !! Like I said we don't go there much anymore along with a large amount of our friends and family! Too much drama for us grown ups lol. Seems to me like even the managers don't give a hoot wether they lose this place or not. It's quite sad to be honest read more

Honestly was a horrible experience. The nachos and cheese were cold, The medium steak was cooked to rare plus we got the side salad 3 minutes before the rest of the food, and in addition to all of that the wings were soggy! The food took 30 minutes to get and the restaurant was not busy at all!! read more

We always sit at the bar.. quality of service in the dining area depends on who you get but the bar service is always good. This place has a great burger (frick burger) and the cheapest beer in town. Wings are larger than b dubs and the sauce isn't greasy like wingers. This is our go to sports bar in sidney. read more

It didn't make me think that this food is amazing or anything special it was just ok and thats it nothing was bad but nothing was good ether

This is a chain that we don't have back home. It has burgers, steaks, wings, etc. with draught beer and cocktails. I had a bacon cheeseburger. It came with cheddar cheese and barbecue sauce on it. It was pretty good. It could have stood to have had more cheese on it. They also didn't ask me how I wanted it cooked. No worries. Unless it's raw or charred, I'm really not that picky about meat. My long island I had was excellent. Maybe one of the best I have ever had. So many places get the proportions wrong. It's refreshing to get a delicious one. Our server was really good. Good times and good food. read more

The service totally sucks not sure what waitress was doing but it wasn't working took almost 15 min to get drinks food was ok noting special even 4 frickers overall place is clean but basically no customers so you would service would be better...prob will not return ....ill hit wingers down the street.. read more

The service is terrible. Go to Winger's down road. Sat for 15 minutes and no one even approached for a order . Doesn't deserve a star.

Service is terrible. Took 30 minutes to get just our sodas, never did get our beer. Food was cold and waitress ignored totally. Waitress too busy making excuses for laziness. Worst frickers I have ever been at read more

First time trying this restaurant. It will probably be my last time as well. Delivery took over an hour from start to finish. Appetizer was cold, chicken wings were small and bland. Sauce i ordered was not applied. They forgot a side sauce I ordered, did not forget to charge for it though. Just not impressed with them overall. read more

The chicken wings are not as good as Crusizers in Russia OH, but they are still good. The place isn't busy unless it's New Year's Eve or the Super Bowl. Definitely get sauce read more

Not a happy wine drinker. I won't be ordering wine anymore. Order my wine like normal and didn't get the whole bottle. (The bottle is a single serve Woodbridge or Barefoot). They poor you a glass and then take the rest back to use for another glass that they might sell. Mind you this is coming from the management. They think they can combine a few oz. from each bottle to make another glass. Well not on my dime. read more

It is probly my least favorite resteraurent because it has bad burgers bad chicken bad saled bad everything.the windows are dirty and ivwas about to ask to get some window cleaner to clean the windows read more

Had to try this place being from California we don't have this chain. I wish I would have looked at their reviews first! Our waitress looked like she was going to commit suicide at any moment during our visit. My "salad" was just as sad, I can tell it was straight out of a bag and the chlorine taste tells me they're relying on the package saying "pre washed". The slice of tomato that was slapped on top I had to just toss aside. The BBQ sauce was nothing special. If it wasn't for sticking so heavily to the floor and table I would have left the place running! read more

They get a star for being open on Christmas Day, I'm horrible, I know. So I probably can't give the best review as I went on an off time, but for this go around... Overall the interior was large and held a good amount of people, kind of lacking in other Sidney area dining places. If you like sports and visuals they have about 13 tvs all going on different sport games...sensory overload for me when trying to concentrate on a conversation...but then again I'm easily distracted. A good amount of domestics on tap, the basics, nothing fancy here. I did not order any food but menu offered the typical bar chain offerings. Prices were fair, especially on drinks. Service was a little spotty but it was like a big party in there, so again will have to check back. read more

Maybe I've become spoiled and a craft beer snob but this was kind of a bummer. I'm fine with the selection offered for the area but the quality was sub par. My friend and I ordered Ranger IPA and both thought it tasted off. After a few sips we determined that it tasted musty and was undrinkable. Our beers were replaced without any hassle but what a sad waste of beer. Clean your tap lines! Overall, everything was fine but just very unimpressive. Sorry Sidney. read more

Passing through the area, we had seen the sign and thought we'd try it out. It was a big disappointment. I ordered a Frickin Chicken salad which was a waste of money because I could barely eat it. There were 4 people in our party and I don't believe anyone enjoyed their food. I think this place is more of a sports bar than specializing in food. read more

Great sports bar, fun atmosphere and drink prices are good. No it's not somewhere you take the kids. Food is ok. I had ribs, very tasty. My wife had wings they were kind of bland but very large. Just a great place to watch football. read more

Had the special today, the waitress Cameron, did an excellent job with customer hospitality. Delicious experience!

Went twice. Way to expensive for the money. Food mediocre. People go for the beer. I don't drink. Won't be back.

The food is just okay. The waitresses are attractive and young, much like a Hooters. They limit the alcohol served to a table. The atmosphere is so-so. I would recommend b-dubs over Fricker's except for the attractive young staff. read more

I had previiously wrote a bad review-writing that they needed new management. Well apparently they have done that and this place seems to be on par with the rest of the chain. Food and service has been pretty good, glad I gave them a second (and more) chance. read more

I've eaten here a couple times prior and the food was up to par. I generally like Frickers wings. But due to the last visit I won't be returning anytime soon. Our beers were brought to the table in HOT (not warm) glasses straight from the dishwasher. They weren't even busy, therefore, there was absolutely no excuse as to why this happened. Not that there would ever be an excuse. But our young, inexperienced and naive waitress had one. She said they'd "be cold in a minute from the beer." No comp and no offer to get new glasses even when I called her out on it. And no tip... Take home wings that evening were also substandard for Frickers. This particular restaurant has been plagued with problems from the get go. Not long after opening it was forced to replace staff and have a grand re~ opening due to lack of management, morals and continued violence. read more

Frickers in Sidney stole my heart. From their 1.50 bud lights to their priceless s'mores. It's a sad week when I don't get to put a solid 8 hour shift in with some of my buddies. The servers know my order and keep me hydrated. read more

Terrible!! Worst service ever. First she got our drink order wrong, then when we ordered we all ordered fries with our meal. When the meals came out there were no fries. Luckily she took those off our bill. Then when we went to pay she never asked if we were together or separate and got our bills wrong! Also the food just wasn't that great. I will NEVER go back! read more

Just was here for dinner, dinner salad was just sad. Steak was good but the hot wings sucked!! Waitress acted like she had better things to do, had to ask for refills and she forgot things like extra dressings that where ordered and lemon. Won't be back read more

Called.earlier in the day today and asked a question, was put on hold for 10 minutes while woman went to talk to the manager. Decided to go in and eat anyway. Get there, stand at the front counter waiting to be seated for at least 5 minutes. Was told.by other patrons to seat ourselves because there was no one and nothing indicating to do so. After we seated ourselves, waited 25 minutes for a waitress to come to our table. Finally gets drinks and food, look down and there are 2 bugs in my drink. Waitress gets manager, he comes to us and says they will take 25 percent off our bill. We will never go back. read more

I wanted to like this place, but on two separate occasions it was overall, just awful. The wings were dry and flavorless. Later the waitress told me the mild wings are basically spun in butter only. The fried side items were either soggy or overdone. I tried the clam chowder, it was cold, spicy and really thick and pasty. I won't be back. read more

Very disappointed. Pulled into the parking lot at around 11:30am and saw empty beer bottles strewn across the parking lot. I went inside and reported this to the bartender who said she would tell the manager. When I left an hour later the beer bottles were still there. This place is trying to rid itself of the bad redneck reputation it used to have and present itself as respectable family establishment. This does not do it. I wonder how many laws were broken last night. Do they allow patrons to take their drinks outside or do they have to bring their own. Either way it looked like a redneck place. I was halfway expecting to sawdust on the floor and nailed down table and chairs with a confederate flag hanging from the rafters. I would never allow a guest at my home to throw an empty beer bottle in my yard, and I do not believe I should be dodging them while looking for a place to park at a so-called family restaurant. read more
