By far the worst experience I've ever had in store setting. Staff is rude and unwilling to help. Attention to detail and honesty is lacking. They did not measure at all prior to ordering my dress and told me that I could still we're heels even by taking 5 inches of the dress. The dress came in and it fit totally wrong and different on my waist and hips. You could see my toes without any heals on... Tried to reach out to discuss my concerns and no attempt of compromise or apology was made. Definitely would not recommend Frews for any of your bridal needs. read more

My daughter and I went in today to just browse. She looked at all the prom dresses and didn't see anything she liked. They were either too glittery or puffy. As we started to leave, one lady with Grau hair asked if we wanted to look at bridesmaid dresses. My daughter ended up trying one on but just wasn't feeling it THIS IS WHY WE WON'T BE BACK...a shorter brunette lady, went up to a younger employee, who was helping us and said to her sternly, " What are you doing?? Go get her more dreases!!" The girl was giving us space and not being pushy. We felt pushed by the older staff from the second we went in until the second we left. I used carol frews bridal for my tux rental for my wedding. I paid $50 more bucks per suit but I didn't mind because I thought their suits were nicer then most rentals. Two days before my wedding I went to go pick up my tux and to try it on. It was totally the wrong tux. Wrong everything. And to add on most of the measurements for my groomsmen were wrong. It was just a huge headache. I would not recommend going there. read more

Our consultant was Carol. She was incredibly discouraging towards the bride I came with, narrowing her selection of dresses to try on simply because of her size. Which by the way she is 5'10" with an average size of US 12-14. She was constantly reminded her of her weight as if it were something to be ashamed of by the comments she made and the terrible selection of dresses she chose for her - they were limited and outdated styles. Carol did not offer positive feedback or consolation for my bride as she tried them on and also made a note that she was running out of time to find a dress. Do better. Layout of the shop is too small, the pedestals are too close together removing any intimacy and fuels comparison and stress. I share this with the hope that other brides didn't have this experience, regardless I would like to let Carol and the team know so that they can be aware of this next time a bride steps into their shop. read more

As we walked by no one acknowledged us nor said hello or may I help you look for something! They even gave eye contact and nothing. My daughter didn't really care for the selection of dresses so we left. As we were walking out of the store they decided to acknowledge us as we walked out saying " thank you for coming in". The only reason I am not giving Frew's one star is because of the girl who initially sold me my dress, Jenny. We went in with a set budget, and while I picked 10 dresses way over that budget, she selected my perfect, incredible dress for half my max spend. She was awesome, and the only good thing about Frew's. I cannot stress enough how much you should avoid their alterations department. They told me they could handle it all in-house. I was hesitant, as I live well over an hour from Alton, but liked the idea of keeping it all in one place. I had to come back for a separate appointment for them to mark how I wanted it altered. No big deal, not ideal, but ok. Then, on my next appointment, when I was told my alterations would be finished, I drive out there, only to find they hadn't TOUCHED my dress since the last time. No changes made, pins still in the dress. So, we schedule yet another appointment. I drive out there again, and this time, only half of the alterations had been made. This time, I refused to leave until they made the rest of the changes, and one very sweet seamstress stayed late to finally alter my dress correctly. Then, I return from my wedding and honeymoon (out of the country), to four voicemails and a letter from Frew's, saying they ran my card wrong, and the cost of the alterations hadn't been charged. This was especially frustrating, as I still didn't feel I should be paying full price for them, given it took three times as many appointments as I was promised. With the exception of that one last seamstress (I wish I could remember her name), the attitude was exceptionally blase. There were zero apologies for my additional trips, no explanations for nothing being finished, and most important, a very rude, indifferent tone from almost everyone I worked with. Do. Not. Use. Frew's. If you'd like to pick your dress there, go for it, but take it elsewhere for alterations. read more

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS - BUYER BEWARE: My wife purchased a bridal dress here for our son's wedding, paying 20% more to get the dress from a bridal shop than from the company's online retailers. The entire experience was awful. They somehow 'lost' the dress! (I do not believe they ever had it.) When we talked to the manager, she said, "Well I know we have some problems." When the dress finally arrived, we certainly did have some problems...it was ordered three sizes too big! We refused to let them alter the dress, as who knows what we would've gotten back (or when). This place is a joke! We spent nearly $300 for the dress and then another $150 for alterations to fix their mistake. This place is absolutely exceptional. Carol was my consultant when I was shopping for my bridal gown. She was incredibly knowledgeable and SO FUN! She was able to take details I liked in different gowns and helped me find the perfect one for me. The ladies at the front desk; Lauren, Brenna, and Jenny have also been amazing. Each time I call they are knowledgeable, kind, and always willing to go above and beyond. They made shopping for bridesmaid gowns such a smooth and enjoyable process, I am still amazed. We will be going through Frew's Bridal for our tuxes as well and based on the absolutely incredible service we have had so far, I know it will be nothing short of amazing. I would highly recommend Frew's Bridal to anyone and everyone looking for prom gowns, tuxes, or wedding gowns. You won't get a better experience or better prices anywhere else. read more

We have purchased 3 formal dresses from Frew's for my daughters prom and and homecoming, and they have been pleasant. I recommended a friend of mine to go to Frews to pick out her wedding dress, in February she drove from Chesterfield Mo And she said the staff were so rude to her, I just couldn't believe it, I apologized and told her that is not how they usually are. Yesterday my daughter and I came to look for a dress for her senior prom, we walked passed at least 6 staff and not one of them said hello or how can we help u ! After a half hour I asked a young staff if she could help us she rolled her eyes and said just a minute 10 minutes later she came up stairs and still with a resting B face said what do you want ? I asked if they had any selection of dresses in a size 16 she said just a few and walked away. Crooks who simply flip Chinese-made dresses at astounding markups. A bridal party made the terrible mistake of ordering from here and when the dress arrived in the mail, it was 4 sizes too small. Measured again, took photo proof and sent back on our own dime only be told by the fictitious 'seamstress' that it is indeed the right size. We plan on burning the dress since only our 10lb dog will fit in it and will make sure this place has fewer customers moving forward. I ordered a bridesmaid dress for my friend's wedding 6 months ago. When ordering the dress, they said it would be in by early May, which was perfect because that's when I was going to be home next to be able to pick the dress up. When I came back, I contacted them and asked if my dress had come in yet, and they said no and that the delivery would be plus or minus 2 weeks but would be in by the end of May. I told them I was moving to the east coast in 2 weeks, and asked how I was suppose to get the dress before the week of the wedding since I know it needs alterations, and they said they could ship it to me. Fast forward A MONTH AND A HALF LATER. I called and asked where my dress was since I hadn't received any notification as to my dress arriving and the wedding is in a month. After taking my name, they claimed that they had called my friend, the bride, to notify her that the dresses had come in in "mid-May" and that it "was her responsibility to tell us to come pick our dresses up!", which is a terrible business practice to not let your customers know when their items have arrived, and to lie to them about when the item arrived when I know for a fact that that is not the case. They called her less than a week ago. I then proceeded to tell them that the dress was going to need to be altered and they told me I had to come into the shop to do it. I told them that wasn't possible since I wasn't going to be home again until the week before the wedding, and I am not trusting them to make the alterations correctly on time since they missed their own deadline by a month and a half to receive the dresses in house. They then told me they could ship it to me, but would have to charge me for it, and after I said fine because I need to get the dress altered and had given them my info to charge me for it, they tacked on a servicing fee. read more

This was truly an awful experience, my consultant was sweet but very quiet very timid and it made it very awkward. Not to mention constantly being left by myself and having no idea where she went. From the moment I got to the store there was very little guidance so your pretty much just on your own (yes I had an appointment). Other than the encouragement of my family I just felt super uncomfortable. You do have a champagne toast but it's very quick and you can't take it anywhere in the store. Just soooo not worth it, in fact I tried on a few very pretty dresses but I think I the experience just shut me down that I couldn't really like anything. read more

My daughter bought her and her bridesmaid's dresses right before the pandemic started. Trying to get a correspondence from them while they were shut down was very difficult! We were already stressed enough, and trying to find out if the dresses had been ordered made it even more stressful. At the end, everything turned out fine. My future daughter in law and I were hoping to have a great "Say yes to the dress moment" the day of our appointment at Frews, but unfortunately we had anything but. The sales associate was rude and acted as if we were wasting her time. She only offered us three dresses that she said were at our price point, and style we talked about. I can't believe that out of all of those dresses that's all she could come up with. We left without even trying on one dress, and my daughter in law was devastated . The Galleria location is a scam. When you walk in, they will immediately try to sell you their most expensive tuxedo at a "discounted" rate. After I decided on a cheaper option, the employee tried to convince me to rent another more expensive one, which turned out to be the exact same tuxedo as the cheaper one. My friend and I just picked up our tuxedos and the jackets are way too big. Upon telling the employees, they basically said tough luck because I had already paid for it. I will never return to that place in my life and I strongly suggest you don't either. Check out Savvi or Stallones because they are friendly and professional rather than con artists. read more

Unfortunately, I can't give zero stars. I went to Frew's for a wedding gown and left with nothing but a new-found appreciation for the bridal shop that I am getting dress from. My experience at Frew's was miserable and I honestly almost cried mid-appointment. First of all, if you find something on THEIR website and expect it to be in the store, think again. There was an entire line on their website that I loved and they didn't have any of it and said they weren't going to get any of it either. The attendant I was assigned was horrible, she did not care about me or my experience and was continually disappearing. Right off the bat she told me I'd be extremely limited in my options since I wanted a blush or champagne dress instead of white or ivory she also didn't offer up any solutions to this issue. Secondly, she became extremely defensive when I asked her to use clips to pull a dress in that was a little too small (an option I had at another bridal shop). This brings me to their extremely unconventional way of ordering samples... They order ONE sample per style which can range anywhere from a sample size 4 to a 24 (sample size 4 roughly translates to a glamor size 0-2). This means that if you're a street size 8-10 and you fall in love with a dress that's a sample size 6 in the store, forget it, you can't even try it on. What sense does that make? The other shops I've been to either have a certain style in several sample sizes OR only order sample sizes 8-12 which most women can at least get into and have clipped together to get a feel for the dress and how it would look when fitted. Needless to say, the experience was disappointing and I hated most of their dresses (lots of bling). I would not recommend Frew's to ANYONE. read more

This place is terrible. They have great selections but their staff is rude and condescending. Plus their staff doesn't know how to measure correctly. I went with the size they suggested based on the measurements they took and it is four inches too big all the way around; it doesn't even come close to staying up at all. Now I have to spend more money to fix their mistake which they refuse to do anything about. Maybe their measurements were so terrible because their service was horrible too! When I was there they acted as if I was a hassle and they had better things to do. I wish I could give this review a 0 because that's basically what I got. After waiting months and months, I received a dress that ripped just by holding it. You'd think they would feel awful given the cost of wedding dresses and its importance to an already stressed-out bride, but nope. Although they were willing to "fix it", that required me sending it out of state to fix a small part of the dress when the issue could have been alll throughout the dress. I wanted to take it to an independent tailor to tell me about the structural integrity of the dress, but the store refused to reimburse any charges from a tailor. They offered to replace it...if only I were willing to wait several more months for another dress! Of course, no guarantees that dress wouldn't have the same problem and by then I'd be too late to order a different one. Though completely in my right to ask for a full refund (which they refused to do anyway), I asked for store credit and they refused as well. I have never in my life experienced a store so unwilling to stand by what they sell and so uninterested in how their lack of service affects their clientele. Stay away at all costs! I'm already out the cost of the dress and now costs of an attorney to TRY and get anything back. Letter to BBB in processes. Save yourself the headache. read more

I recently went in with my daughter and her sister. She fully intended on purchasing her dress there; in fact she walked out having said"Yes to the dress." Fortunately she changed her mind and had since found the dress of her dreams. The Frews consultant did a very poor job of trying to pin the dress to get an accurate effect of how the right size would look. She was also not that helpful in selecting dresses within our budget or my daughter's preferences. Fortunately we found a boutique in O'Fallon that had an excellent consultant and many more dresses my daughter loved. I also tried on a MOTB dress at Frews. My daughter tried calling the next day to order the dress. From being put on hold to saying she would be called back to giving the same information 3 times, the dress is hopefully ordered. I wish now we would have looked online and noticed that 63% of the reviewers gave Frews a 1 star rating. It added a lot of stress a bride to be doesn't need! read more

I would like to begin by stating that I created a yelp account specifically for the purpose of leaving a review of this place (Frew's Bridal). I had the pleasure of being maid of honor in my friend's wedding earlier this year, and the bride chose this place for her dress and for the bridesmaid dresses. My review is based on my experience (I will let the bride in my narrative share her own similar story via review) in selecting and miraculously receiving my bridesmaid dress. Firstly, the physical location and space of Frew's Bridal is lovely and was a welcoming sight to behold post-sprint from my car during a summer thunderstorm. The young lady assisting me the day I selected and purchased the dress was also very pleasant albeit maybe not so well trained, but her personality was on point. I rather liked the dress I selected (as the bride gave us free reign over style and only limited us to color) as it seemed substantially less contrived than many of the other choices offered. The girl assisting me measured for size and also checked me out at the register where I was informed that to guarantee the arrival of the dress in time for the wedding I needed to order a rush cut which I agreed to and paid extra for the guarantee. I left in good spirits, but the feeling was short-lived. A little over a week later I received a voice mail from a clerk at Frew's stating that they would not be able to get my dress in on time and I needed to pay them more money for a rush cut. I retrieved my receipt before I returned the call to indeed verify that I had paid for a rush cut already as was clearly indicated on my receipt. My return call to Frew's required speaking to three different clerks to verify that I indeed had already paid for the rush cut. In retrospect, I should have cancelled the order and demanded a refund then since the only true parameter I had to abide by was a color palette. Oh well. Flash forward a couple of months and the other maids have received calls about their dresses (again different stories yet all the same) and I have yet to hear a status update on mine. A month before the wedding I call to see if my dress is in to be informed that it has been in, but no one ever called me. I was told to call an hour before I picked up the dress which when I later did was deemed to be erroneous (I would usually never remember such needless details, but I had been through too much already). I arrived to pick up the dress and asked for a fitting room to try on my purchase as I was uneasy with the standard of service exhibited thus far. I tried the dress on to find that it was about two sizes too big -- I know pattern measures can result in initial wonky fits, but no part of me came close to holding my dress up by any means whatsoever. I could not get out of the building fast enough as I know that the only "dieting" I did in the two months since the initial measurements and then was to switch from Tanqueray and tonic to Tanqueray and diet tonic -- no way I lost two dress sizes. I took the dress for alterations to a dress shop in my town which is owned by a friend of mine. My first fitting was met with laughter when I came out holding my dress on me. My second nightmare was not entirely the causation of Frew's as I chose a dress from a subsidiary of Mori Lee which was nearly unalterable and cost me as much as the dress to alter as it was way too large and the entire bodice had to be reconstructed. My friend's seamstress actually wrote on my tag "dress from hell." in conclusion, I highly suggest going somewhere else for dress shopping. Somewhere that is dedicated to their niche service and not just has a pretty space. read more

TLDR: You're better off buying literally any dress from any department store - cheaper, better accountability, and you know what you're paying for beforehand. Bought a $250 dress for my friends wedding (made by Bill Levkoff). The sample I tried on in store (for sizing) was perfectly fine and I would have been *happy* to take that home. But when the actual dress I purchased finally arrived many months later, clearly a huge mistake had been made. This was a halter-style dress with sheer fabric over the bust. For some reason there was a huge amount of excess fabric under the right armpit to the point where the dress was sticking out sideways there and the halter looked ridiculous. It was not a bust size issue, and adding filler to the bust just made it look worse. A second bridesmaid in our party had paid for the same dress and had the exact same problem. Contacted Frew's through FB chat, provided pics. They asked me to ship it back to them. I did, but before I did, I asked them if they'd cover the cost if they agreed the dress was made wrong, or if it would inevitably be considered an "alteration" that I'd have to pay for? They assured me their seamstress would ensure it was a production issue and ask the designer (Bill Levkoff) to correct it and cover the costs. A while later after following up with them, they say "When we measured the dress, we did find it to be too big to be a size 4. I called Bill Levkoff and they said that they have received the gown and have ordered a replacement gown so they must have noticed the sizing issue as well." To be clear this WAS NOT a sizing issue. The size was fine. Rather, the dress was made terribly. However I figured they'd see the issue, remake the dress, and the new dress would hopefully not be grossly asymmetrical. The new dress arrived luckily before the wedding, but it was now sticking out on *both* sides under the armpits. The halter was cutting into my neck due to how they sewed it. The new dress was equally terrible but in a different way. I contacted them, and they said it looked liked it "needed only minimal alterations," that Bill Levkoff makes top of the line dresses, and they'd let me pay them to fix it. Thanks Frew, for providing me two clearly messed up dresses for over $250 and offering to take more of my money to fix them! I think not. The bride's mother ended up doing last minute alterations on the dress for me. It didn't completely fix it, but it made it look not quite-so-ridiculous. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. You may get lucky and your dress will be fine, but if you're not, they won't do their due diligence in any way shape or form, and you'll be stuck with a horrible product. read more

Never again...the building itself is beautiful, but the experience was not. My close friend was told by her helper, named (G), that she needed to lose a certain amount of weight if she wanted to fit into a dress. Saying those words to ANYONE, especially a customer who is putting their trust in you to help them find their perfect wedding dress, is unacceptable. I highly recommend that the staff gets an updated list of what is and isn't proper for you to say to a woman trying on a dress. I definitely won't be recommending this place to anyone....ever. It is a beautiful place with a great inventory; however, the staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. When we went for my sisters first time to try on wedding gowns, I was not happy with how the consultant was not helpful with picking. On my second visit with the bridesmaids, they were the worst. They were unorganized, did not help our group, even though we had made an appointment. Once we found a dress, we had a girl in training measure us (why would they do that without checking her?) and once we received our dresses, most were too small. When I went to try mine on, not one person tried to help me zip it up or anything, even though I was the only one in the store. This place was phenomenal. I had a voucher I had won from an auction for a certain price and the dress had to be an in stock dress and told my consultant so. She picked out dresses for me that could easily be altered and well within my price range. I found my PERFECT dress there. Also, I had Debbie do my alterations there and she was FANTASTIC! I know others have had bad experiences here but I have been there multiple times to find my dress as well as my bridesmaids dresses! Sam and Connie were nothing but extremely helpful! As well as the rest of the staff there! I never felt rushed, I even came in multiple times to decide on veil and wedding belt and there was never a complaint. My dress as well as my bridesmaids dresses came in months before they were suppose to which was nice. My mom even found her dress there! I can't say enough nice things about this place! Bought my wedding dress from Frew's. Honestly, they were Always nice, and were happy enough to show me Anything I wanted.

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered my wedding dress well in advance and once it arrived it was not the correct size. The general manager seemed very careless about the situation of getting the correct dress in time for my wedding. Then she told me the dress I ordered didn't look good and wasn't the correct size I explained they were the experts and they sized me all she could say was the person who helped me was no longer there.... No consideration past that. The store manager Angie was very kind and seemed to care more than her boss did. She attempted to make me happy but we came to the point where I left unsatisfied and felt as though I was treated so poorly I can't image how they stay in business when this is the biggest day of a woman's life. I live 45 minutes and made multiple trips in attempt to pick up my dress from size to alterations nothing was correct each time I went in. The facility is very nice but beyond that I recommend no one purchase from them. Also a heads up multiple brides around me at my fittings had complaints and issues as well.... I took the dress home in a plastic bag that was tied in a knot at the bottom which the dress fell out of and drug on the asphalt on the walk to my car, not what I expected for a $1,400 purchase, Nordstrom takes better care of me when I spend $100. Extremely disappointed and a ton of stress prior to wedding and I felt like it could have all been avoided. read more

I wish I could give a zero star review. I just had the WORST experience to what should have been one of the most enjoying experiences of my life. I recently bought my wedding dress here & the experience I just had is unnerving to say the very least. Upon trying on the dress I ended up with, there were 3 big changes I wanted to make. One was adding full length sleeves from the already 3/4 sleeves that were on the dress. The second was it was two sizes too small, so it needed to fit. Third was the neckline. It had an illusion net type neckline that I wanted cut around the lace appliques to be more of a sweetheart neckline. I was reassured the multiple times I asked by the saleswoman that those 3 changes could be made; my "extending" the sleeves (little did I know at that time, that cannot happen. You essentially have to redo the whole sleeve), the fit, they told me there would have to have a corset panel put in, which was no big deal, right? (little did I know at that time, that could not happen either. The back of the dress where the corset would be put in had, again an illusion net type back all the way up to the nape of the neck, with buttons all up it). The corset would be difficult to be put in without losing a lot of the integrity of the dress back there, which was never explained to me. Aside from that it was just going to be difficult to do with the style of the dress and would have to go really really low. Thirdly, the cutting of the neckline would be difficult to do as well with the little fabric that is left on the shoulder, holding up the dress onto my shoulders. Their seamstress had left for the day, so I trusted the saleswoman. I tried to call my seamstress in the meanwhile to make sure these things could be done, but they had closed 15 min. prior. The saleswoman pushed that the off the rack price I was getting was only good for that day of course, so I took a chance and trusted them, as I am paying for my own wedding an on a strict budget and this dress was the closest thing I had found with the look I wanted. I took the dress to my seamstress and they were appalled that this store even sold me this dress in the first place. They begun to tell me that it would be near difficult to make those changes to this dress. Keep in mind this seamstress has a great reputation and does great work. I started crying so hard, I was so upset. I called Few's and explained what nightmare they left me with and urged them to allow me to return it and Barb was nothing but completely ignorant, rude, telling me, "if we said we could do it, we could do it". I tried to tell her, that her seamstress NEVER told me this. I was told all of this by her salesperson! She was of no help, horrible to me, and would not let me talk to owner of store at first. In the meantime, my sweet alterations place, that happens to be a bridal dress store, where I should have given my business to, has been in contact with Few's to get the fabric to redo the sleeves and appliques. Few's told them that designer of my dress is out of business and it would be hard to get that exacting tooling to redo my sleeves. THEY KNEW THE DESIGNER WAS NO MORE AND STILL SOLD ME MY DRESS KNOWING I WANTED FULL LENGTH SLEEVES! THIS IS COMPLETELY HEARTLESS! To top that off, they have found a shawl of similar fabric and refuse to even pay the $7 to send it to us. So on top of the horrible experience I have now went through, they won't even pay $7 to pay for the shawl. SEVEN DOLLARS PEOPLE! SEVEN DOLLARS IS STILL TOO MUCH FOR THEM TO MAKE A CUSTOMER WHO THEY'VE WRONGED, GET SOME TYPE OF RESOLUTION! This is unreal to me. I will forever and always tell anyone I know to NEVER go to Few's Bridal. All they care about is the money. They do not care about you, your big day, giving you a good experience, and if they do mess up, they do not care about making it right! read more

Just witnessed a staff member be totally awful to a customer. She was looking through dresses with her daughters and they picked one up. A lady (looked older--maybe a senior staff member or owner) swooped in, grabbed the dress and was so snotty, snapping "Do you have an appointment?" and "You can't carry dresses through the store!!". It felt like I was witnessing that scene in Pretty Woman...I understand store policies. Wish this woman understood customer service. read more

I purchased my wedding dress from here and my consultant was amazing. He really helped me pick out the perfect dress. After I said yes I paid half plus tax. Then was paying the other half after it arrived. It arrived and I went to go pay for the dress, their credit card machine was having issues so I had to leave and come back a different day. Being extremely busy I waited 2 weeks to go back and pay for it. When I showed up I was told that there was going to be a fee for using a credit card. Also that it wasn't up to them, it was my "banks fault" for charging the fee. I said that made no sense since a credit card carrier doesn't charge you a separate fee to use their card. Coming to find out that it wasn't "my bank" it was their credit card processing company they decided to switch to. It was only a $30 fee BUT after spending so much money there I didn't think I should have to pay anything extra. Especially when two weeks before if their machine was working, i wouldn't have had to pay that fee. read more

This will be my very last visit to this place. For having a boy and only renting a tux..horrible customer service and if the ladies can't read a tape they shouldn't be measuring anything people are purchasing. I asked many questions after they gave us something totally opposite from what we purchased..on top of me finding out by me calling them..not the other way around..that the tux had arrived. No phone call, no message,no email..just crickets. He is a 32 pants and they gave him a 40...his jacket was a 38 he is 15. Ending up leaving with a tux that we didn't purchase and when they took the pants to alter..nobody even measured him...im sure you don't care because your making a racket off of pimping out young girls on instagram and your major money doesn't come from tuxes or suits..but when your running a business this way and acting so nonchalant and pawning some crap suit on to paying customers..well ya just lost one..sure its not gonna break ya but maybe this will turn folks a different way when purchasing for their boys.. read more

I had my first fitting of my wedding dress this week. The alterations department was as friendly and helpful as the sales associate who helped me when I purchased my dress. They made sure I was 100% happy with how the dress looked once it was pinned, helped me put my shoes on and my hair up so I could get my veil on, and just made me feel comfortable and important.
