Selected shrimp with crab. OMG! So good. Pasta was perfectly al dente. Hate mushy pasta. This pasta was fully cooked but still had texture. The butter sauce was generously studded with garlic. Shrimp were large and plump. Fully cooked but not rubbery at all. Next time, will skip the crab which disintegrated into the sauce. Go all shrimp or maybe try with fish. The fried clam strips appetizer was a huge portion and totally unnecessary. The fettuccine was enough of a meal by itself. In fact, was so full after the clams, took most of the fettuccine home. Even as leftovers, the shrimp and fettuccine was so delicious for dinner the next day. To cap it off, staff from the head chef to the cashier/server were so friendly and helpful. They genuinely seem happy to work here. Only 1 suggestion, they should add a few TVs for World Cup viewing.

Each year around Thanksgiving and Christmas they will offer a grilled turkey dinner ( some promote it with a few dishes or you can order the Turkey by itself ) . This store has a live seafood section. It has big tanks of crabs , lobster , shrimp , fishes . Prices vary from time to time . Couple Weeks ago on the Father 's day weekends. Crabs were $ 6.99 one pound . Now is only $8.99 per pound . New items are lunch boxes from the deli section . I love their hot Chinese food delis . You can full up one big square container for $14.99 . Now they make lunch boxes ( $9 ) first thing in the morning as soon as their food are ready . Good lunch boxes like chat Siu ( BBQ pork ) , roasted duck , steamed baby pork ribs with chicken feet ( a favorite dim sum combination) , etc . Red envelopes are cheaper than the South Bay Area and other 99 Ranch locations. Checkout lines were clean looking too. It feels like they really did listen to customers needs. 5lbs bag of broken rice under $5 is perfect for porridge. Vermicelli $2.29 and Rice noodle pack $2.99. Not bad at all. No lines or crowds before lunchtime on weekdays. Grocery items are considered costly and overpriced at most 99 Ranch stores. I'm glad to see more sales signs/labels here. Good set up. Peaceful walk. Selection is not as great and their prices have gone up. The store isn't as organized like before. Also, the smell of dried fish always hits you as soon as you walk in. I then asked for her name so I could let the bakery know who approved it, and she said her name was Ana. However, she immediately followed that by saying it was still up to the bakery staff and that they could make me wait until 5:00 PM if they wanted to because that was my scheduled pickup time. She also mentioned that people are always trying to do this. It ended up being a long and frustrating conversation, and I still didn't have a clear answer. Then I called the Dublin location and spoke with Amber. What a difference! She was kind, understanding, and genuinely focused on helping me. She immediately reassured me that the cake would be ready earlier in the day and that I could come pick it up when I needed it. She even explained customization options for the cake that I didn't know were available. Amber made the entire process easy and stress-free. I am so grateful for her flexibility, professionalism, and willingness to help. She made me feel like customer service actually matters, and because of her, I feel confident and excited about my graduation celebration. The price tags showed two different packaging dates and two different prices. I wouldn't buy anything from the deli again because it seems like they are just lying on their price tags to get people to spend more.
