You can choose a spice level from 1 to 5, I chose 1. It was enough spice to add flavour without being over powering. The soup consisted of beef brisket, shank, pork cakes, egg plant, thick noodles and lemon grass beef broth. It was topped with lime, bean sprouts, cilantro and green onion. The flavours just went together extremely well and the size of the noodle soup you get is a great value for your money. Not to mention, I ordered and got my food within less than 10 minutes. The bubble tea is easily some of the best in the city. It isn't just a powder mix like some places, they use real mango purée. Also, they don't just add honied boba, they also add mango jelly AND real whipped cream. Great, refreshing treat. It was a perfect way to end my lunch. I'm absolutely blown away by how welcoming and inviting the staff were. They seemed happy to be there and happy to have you there. I can't wait to return again. This is a great spot for lunch down town. It allows you to go for lunch, have lunch and get back to work in under an hour. All the while, the experience as a whole was truly great.

For evidence please look at the attached photos of grease soaked bags, napkins trying to salvage the food, and the puddle in the chicken balls - that isn't moisture, its oil.
