Kokoriko has the best Korean-style chicken! The chicken is crisp and the sauces are flavourful. I…read morepurchased the Mago chicken. The chilis and jalapeños on the chicken provided a savoury , flavourful contrast to the sweetness of the soy sauce, and wasn't too spicy. I like that they added some rice sticks to the chicken.

I ordered a chicken sandwich with Korean Yangnyeom sauce, poutine, & a milk bubble tea. The sauce is sweet with a bit of heat but too sweet for my taste & too much of it. The poutine was a good amount of cheese & gravy but the fries were undercooked. The bubble tea was not good. All powder & the pearls tasted stale. The service sadly was not good. The one man who was there was very nice & polite so this isn't his fault but he was the only one there. There was one customer eating when I went in, then after ordering a couple came in, then a group of 3. I waited just over 15 minutes. It would have been nice to sip on the bubble tea while I waited but you can't have one person taking phone orders, counter orders, cooking, & making bubble teas & not have something suffer. I don't know if they're short staffed or someone is just cheap but there should have been another person there. I would go back & try it again with a different sauce & maybe ask for it on the side. A last note, their website would not open on both my iPhone & iPad.

I ordered online for pick up. Arrived at the store in Griesbach which wasn't busy at all. There was…read moreone door dash driver waiting for an order and myself. His order was being prepared so I didn't mind waiting. Mainly because I wanted to see their procedure for a gluten free sandwich. The staff member made my Italian sub first and just before I was about to say..can you use a fresh pair of gloves, she removed the current pair and put on new. The gluten free bun was placed onto a separate toasting foil wrap, so not to contaminate and the whole assembly was done on a separate table. Which was awesome. Before I ordered I went onto the app itself to check out some of the sauces, meats and toppings. Love how firehouse puts everything on their site so you can make sure what has gluten and what doesn't. I thanked the young lady for taking the extra precautions to make the GF sandwich and was on my way. Do I recommend the Griesbach location for safety concerns...you bet I do!!

Gluten-free subs come in "medium" only. We asked for an allergen/Gluten-free menu the staff member called over who I assume was the manager. I spoke with the manager and was told all meats, cheeses and sauces we Gluten-free. I have my doubts about the meatballs being safe but that will be on me to do a deeper dive on the website as this was a visit on a whim. I didn't ask about cross contamination protocol as I know I take my chances when ever dining out of my home. I settled on the Spicy Cajun Chicken. It had kick! The bun did not fall apart at anytime during my consumption. The staff are very friendly and when faced with a question they ask more questions. They only have been open since 11APR2025 so there will be a bit of a learning curve for customers and them. If you get the lineage from the freestyle machine make sure you grab the Lime wedges that is how you get the Lime in the lineage. They have a hot sauce bar which my husband enjoyed. We will 100% be back. Hannah was super helpful when she found out it was our first time ever at a Firehouse Subs. P.S. if you donate $3 to their charity you can get a 20L pickle bucket cheaper than buying from Canadian Tire or Home Depot and you are keeping it out of rhe dumpster!
