We go to this place all the time for our Chinese food and there usually isn't any problem....This time, I asked for a side of BBQ sauce for the chicken, and they said no, that they didn't have enough!!! I was so dumbfounded by that response!!!! I asked them if they would be able to make more and still a NO!!!! So now I can't eat my food juicy. Had the worst experience today. Asked if I could order shrimp fried rice so they get started while waiting to get combination plate and was refused Service because I asked a question. For fast food style Chinese, they definitely are the best around. Food is always fresh, and tasty. With that being said, I have not come here for at least a year because I could never walk in or out of their restaurant without being hit up for money by numerous panhandlers. I go across the street to Panda Express even though the food is inferior. I decided to give it another try because a friend of mine said the shopping center is much better now in regards to that (It's not just Fresh Wok that has this problem). Tried this place for the first time a month ago and I'm so glad I did! We always get the family meal and it is tons of food! Everything that I have tried so far is really good (chow mein, fried rice, teriyaki chicken, orange chicken, wontons). Not a lot of tables inside but we usually take it to go so that is okay. My husband and I went in here about a year ago and the foo had NOOO flavor so we decided to give it a second try about 2 weeks ago and still no flavor the chow main was soggy. The egg flower soup was not even cooked all the way nor was it seasoned properly. The sweet and sour pork was barely fried and the batter taste was gross. The chow mein was like mush. The wonton ragoons tasted doughy and the filling had way too much salt. The Orange chicken has no flavor and suffers the same problems as the sweet n sour pork. Great Food. If you're ever driving along the 395N through Victorville and Adelanto this place is a must have. The location is easily accessible. The food is outstanding, I recommend the shrimp fried rice and teriyaki chicken. What I liked most about this place was the fact that cleanliness was apparent and that is important when trying a new restaurant. Okay, so this place is either really good or bleh. One thing I can always count on is there huge serving of wonton soup. Im so happy I live right down the street because its cheap for the amount you get. I love it so much. It has pork, shrimp, lots of fresh veggies and a lot of wontons. I'm torn on how many stars to give this place. I have come here a few times before and the food has always been very good. However, I went on a Friday night and they were pretty busy. I was in line behind two men who placed large orders. When it was my turn the woman who worked there ignored me for about ten minutes while she filled the food up in the men's containers. No, "I'll be right with you." Nothing. As she did it she was talking to her coworker and there was now a line out the door. It was very awkward just standing there for ten minutes. Delicious delicious delicious! And super fast. We were there for 10 minutes and started with a line out the door. Prices are good too - something like $6 or $7 for a 2 entree and they PACK the containers with food (3 meals worth). The beef with broccoli and their BBQ chicken are both delicious. My husband loves their orange chicken and he gets it piled high with steamed white rice. I love their chow mein also. Love this place, and my kids and families as well, I don't understand why some people's are rating this place, with a 1,2 or 3 star, I been coming here for the last 4years, and everything's still taste the same and fresh as well, the portions is fair, I can share a shrimp fried rice with my 3 kids, and it definitely filled us up. The teriyaki is like one of the best, so juicy and tender, just perfect with a reasonable prices, as for customers services, at first I thought they need to work on it, but you know what, that just who they are very nice and hardworking, love the girls here, I got to give it to them, because this place get really busy, don't know how they can handle us sometimes, they still get their work done, so we can enjoyed the great foods here, as you get to know the girls here, they are really cool and definitely will take care of yougive this place a try, and if there is something wrong about your foods, especially the tastes or whatever, they will make exception. I was not very pleased with their customer service. I was not given my egg roll and when I returned two weeks later because i was not able to go the following day, I was told that too much time had laps and that I should of returned the next day. I told them I spoke to one of your employees I mentioned her name (might of been the manager). The women told me "you were not even charged for it". I told her that it was part of one of the entrees that I ordered. I told them if you owe people something that you charged for you should deliver. Also their wonton soup broth is so diluted it's like water. Then they started speaking in their language and my daughter over heard them say that they thought I was lying about it.
