This little Chinese place is part of a food market place in the middle of nowhere in Adelanto/Victorville. I was in the are a few days ago and although there are many other fast food chain spots here I was craving Chinese food so I decided it to give it a try. The place is really small with two or three tables inside. They have a few options of combos and other goodies aside in the menu. The food looks clean; and it was a very decent and cheap meal. The server was nice and prompt. If I ever in the are again I'll definitely try some other combo. It is one of the typical Chinese restaurants, similar to Panda Express. This one is located on the left side of Stater Bros, in Adelanto. The wait lines, in the evening, usually, are long. However, the meals are quite delicious. At the same time, this wait is usually worth it. The reason for it's worth is the cheap prices, and ample of space to sit down. One last thing, I forgot to mention is that the place is quite clean. So definitely, if anyone is in Victorville and Adelanto area, I would recommend to stop by this place. UPDATE: I've had to knock a star from the original review. I want to say that I've been a customer here since 2007 and I really do feel the quality of the meat has gone down a bit from their prime days. The Teriyaki Chicken used to be king here but for the past year I have been finding more and more soft tendons that could have been more cooked. The Orange Chicken shell has seen an increase and the meat has seen a decrease to the point where it feels like you're eating boneless chicken wings from Wing Stop (yuck). My parents still seem to enjoy their Kung Pow chicken so maybe give that a try of that's your thing. I'll still buy from here but I think I'll just stick to their Beef & Broccoli. read more

I travel through this town at least once a month. This place has become our families pit stop. Its clean the customer service is AMAZING. My favorite dish is the mixed vegetables & once I made a request for freshly made vegetable because the ones on display were looking pretty sad & without hesitation the girl at the counter said no problem. She didnt give me attitude or act rude at all. Today I wanted the vegetables & my husband told the girl at the counter I wanted vegetables but, the vegetables were not looking too fresh the girl without hesitation offered to get me freshly cooked vegetables. It's crazy how different each Fresh Wok is in the High Desert. But this place is the black sheep out of all of them! Chow Mein was plain. It was overcooked, unseasoned, Masa noodles. Then the rice of course was tasteless. Steamed rice tastes better than this supposed fried rice. My spicy wings were hard and dry. Customer Service was terrible. I was really craving Chinese food!! This Fresh Wok sucks and the only reason it gets any business, is because they're the only Chinese food in this Adelanto area. Oh well, lesson learned! Out of all the Chinese takeout this is the best one I've had . Every time I go in the have fresh trays coming out of the kitchen...even when they are getting close to the end of the night. They are always busy and for a reason..it's good and inexpensive. A three combo is 8+ and my bf and I are able to split it and have some left for later. The teriyaki chicken is always fresh we get double teriyaki and the green bean chicken. The green beans and carrots are always crunchy so you know it hasn't been smothered and sitting out. The lady's working are pretty quiet but always nice and helpful. We love this place so glad it's close by.
