I did one orange chicken and one king pao beef entree. There was plenty of orange chicken- and it was delicious and a decent amount of the Kung pao beef.. (usually I find when ordering beef dishes at Chinese places, they tend to skimp on the beef) This was a pretty good ratio of beef to veggies- the flavor was really good and not too spicy. I don't really eat egg flower soup often, but I feel like this one tasted good. The fried rice was very basic, rice and egg, but also good. I only tried the fried shrimp and an egg roll in the appetizer selection. THE SHRIMP WAS SO GOOD. I'm not that huge of an egg roll fan, so I didn't like these egg rolls. Overall I feel like for the price, the amount of food was worth it. And the flavor is good overall. I would definitely eat here again.

This did not add any moisture because the meat was already overcooked and dry to begin with. All the dark edges just means it is burned. The meat smelled burned. Other items, such as the Sweet and Sour Pork and Orange Chicken consisted mainly of thick fried batter and very little meat. The Orange Chicken did, however, have a tangy, citrusy sauce which tasted good. They may be experiencing some growing pains with the new ownership change. I should return in a few months to see if there is any improvement. The price point currently is not worth it due to the rather poor food quality.
