It's one of these typical little hole in the wall Chinese food places. The staff is cheeky but friendly and the food is not bad at all. Fried rice and chow mein could use more seasoning but other than that not bad. The rest of the food was really good orange chicken was good not soggy had good flavor. My favorite was sweet-and-sour pork. Had a good crunch to it not soggy at all. She got upset that the person in front of me didn't come to the register in time when his number was called. She ended up charging me for his order. She has very little patience. The customer apologized to her for not hearing his number and she responded, "hold on it's not your turn!" It felt like he was getting reprimanded by a teacher for talking in class. I went here today (for the first time) and was attempting to order something with shrimp. They serve the food similar to the way Panda does, and so I was looking through the options to see what they had with shrimp, but there was nothing. I saw shrimp fried rice on the menu on the wall, so I decided to order that. I told the guy taking the orders that I would get the shrimp fried rice and he told me I can't order that because "that's something different". I didn't know what that meant (and there was a sign advertising to add shrimp to your meal) so I asked him to do whatever he had to do to add shrimp. If it meant paying more, that was fine with me. He said ok and completed my order. When I got my food, there was no shrimp. I went up and showed the lady at the register and they were all looking at me like I was an idiot. She then explained to me that there were made to order entrees that contain shrimp and that I would have had to order one of those if I wanted to have shrimp and that it would have taken 15 minutes. I told her that that would have been fine, but that it was never offered to me. How would I have known to do that if nobody mentioned it? She told me that the guy taking orders "doesn't know about that". The whole time she was talking, she was smirking at me and having an attitude with me like I was crazy.
