Thank you so much Fresh Start Relocation! From start to finish they helped me remain calm when moving across the country. Everything was explained in detail about what I needed to handle, and what they would handle. Miranda emailed me a booklet explaining how to pack my items, and it had great tips on getting organized. Even when I moved my dates, they made it work! My Relocation Specialist was Rich. He answered all of my questions and responded to me even at 9:00 at night on a Sunday. When moving day came the drivers showed up on time, and called to let me know they were on the way. They took care of disassembling my beds, dressers, tables and I paid extra for them to pack my TVs, mirrors, and tables in special boxes. The wrapped all of my grandmother's antiques. It was well worth the cost! They took such good care of my items and packed the truck with efficiency while I sat back and relaxed. I was provided copies of all of my inventory lists and documentation before they left. All of my items arrived at my new home in no time, and in perfect condition. When the movers arrived at the new house, they unloaded all the boxes and furniture, and they even placed them in the right rooms for easy unpacking! Everyone that I encountered, whether on the phone or in person, was very friendly and professional. I cannot thank them enough for their excellent customer service and eagerness to help! I usually don't write reviews but I wanted to take the time to do this because Fresh Start Relocation did a really great job. First off our sales rep Tyler was awesome. He walked us through everything, answered all of our questions and was very professional.. and after speaking with several other companies my wife and I just felt more comfortable dealing with him. This is not our first cross country move and anyone who has been through this process knows that it can be very stressful . Our move from start to finish was absolutely on point. When the guys showed up they went straight to work. The day of our move, they were very respectful to our property as we had upgraded flooring , kitchen and some minor touches that we were concerned about. The guys were great and we can't thank them enough. If you are considering using their service, I will tell you this, we didn't have to deal with any B.S and our items arrived in tact with no damages.. they set everything up and even spent a little extra time on a few things they really didn't have to do . Thank you so much for your professionalism, respect and just for making us feel at ease. If or when we have to move again, we know exactly who we're going with. Thank you FSR!!! read more

This is the BEST moving company ever!! I have moved many times throughout my life for college and graduate school. My experience with Fresh Start Relocation was by far the best moving experience I have ever had. They are FAST, PROFESSIONAL, and AFFORDABLE. During my move, I had a challenging situation where several other people needed to use the service elevator around the same time we did. So, my goal was to get everything up to my new apartment by 3PM which was the best case scenario I thought could be done. The movers at Fresh Start Relocation had the job finished by 2:30PM!! Even faster than what I thought was possible. The amazing part is that they were as careful as they were fast. They wrapped all the furniture in padded blankets and tape, individually wrapped all our plates and cups, and made sure that all items arrived in the exact same condition they were in before. To top it off the price was extremely reasonable, cheaper than all the other alternatives. Moving is usually an annoying and tedious experience, but with Fresh Start Relocation they took out all the hassle and actually made moving more fun and exciting. Definitely will hire them again in the future. read more

Picture a widow, who is forced to leave her home that her and her husband built together, 35 years of memories, suddenly became a living nightmare. you reach out to a with the idea that they will help streamline the process of getting the new that you are now forced to move into furnished with your own furniture, of course. However, this company subs it out, they renege on the contract, which by the way stated the first month of storage is free and then if you need another month, it's 150 after that. she was told after giving them almost a full month notice of the closing date that if she didn't pay five times more than the contracted cost, then they would charge her stuff. so she had to scramble pay a bill that was not even legal let alone defendable. What they a hurt and broken widow, in the toughest times of her life, and they sent the vultures in to clean up. How do I know I'm her son. And what I expect is a phone call 978727-260one. This is far from over as she still does not have her furniture if you can believe it. read more

What an amazing experience. I was scared to usea moving company because of all the horror stories on the news and even from my friends. But, I was not able to do this move without help. I did a lot of research and some online investigating and i found Fresh Start. I called and spoke to Cassie. She gave me a quote, sent me some info and gave me some space to make my decision. About two weeks later i called her and put down my deposit. The guys showed up on Saturday morning ready to work. What a team i had. Freddy lead the guys and the packing began. I had about 20 more boxes than i thought i would have and i forgot a TV box but they took care of it at a price thst didnt scare me to death. The delivery guys were just as good. I have to say that i will recommend them to anyone that asks and i am happy to write this review about them. Fresh start helped me make a new start with no headaces. Thank you!!!! read more

Fresh Start was by far the best moving company that I've used. They had extremely reasonable rates compared to all of other moving companies I was considering. I am very glad that I used this moving company, because this was the best moving experience I've had. As a college and graduate school student I have had to move many, many times, and I've never had a moving company handle my items with as much care as Fresh Start Relocation. They were very fast, professional, and made this move my easiest to date. I can't recommend this company enough, and I will, without a doubt, be using Fresh Start Relocation for all of my future relocations in this area. read more

I could not have done my move from Miami, FL to NYC without Fresh Start Location. The staff is extremely professional and very helpful from start to finish. They helped me pack all of my belongings into boxes, transport it from Miami to NYC and then helped me move into a storage unit as well as help me move into my new apartment. They have strong attention to detail and the movers are very gracious. I will continue to use this company for any future moves and recommend them highly to anyone who needs a moving service. I recently moved from Ft Lauderdale to Las Vegas and received quotes from several companies but they were all outrageously overpriced and I didnt really feel comfortable with them anyways. Rich not only had the best price but he made everything easy to understand. I wasnt looking for the best price, I wanted the best moving company and was willing to pay for it but I ended up with the best company at the best price. Definitely the least stressful move of my life and nothing was lost or broken which was my main goal. Highly recommend! read more
