Kevin spent hours pulling flooring samples and when we changed our minds and went from wood flooring to laminate, he just continued on, bringing us samples we could take home AGAIN to view. He could have left some of the poor work in place, but he made sure that once he was done not only was HIS tile work in excellent shape, but also worked to fix other mistakes with the ceiling and drywall so that now the shower and the bathroom look amazing - how I had hoped it would have looked all along. After such a horrible experience with the previous contractor, it was so nice to see how respectful Eden and his crew were to my space and property, making sure everything was always clean and tidy each day. They let us know it was out of warranty and then came out to look at our concern. Within days they sent out a couple of gentleman to fix the countertop. The fix was perfect and we couldn't be happier our kitchen countertops are beautiful. Artistic didn't charge us for the half day job and called us right afterwards to make sure all was ok.
