Eden helped document all the items that had been done improperly, and then he went above and beyond to remedy all the problems. He could have left some of the poor work in place, but he made sure that once he was done not only was HIS tile work in excellent shape, but also worked to fix other mistakes with the ceiling and drywall so that now the shower and the bathroom look amazing - how I had hoped it would have looked all along. After such a horrible experience with the previous contractor, it was so nice to see how respectful Eden and his crew were to my space and property, making sure everything was always clean and tidy each day. He even applied some caulk in the kitchenette that the previous contractor had never sealed which had left ugly gaps. For great work done right the first time, definitely trust Rivas Custom Tile.

Hugo, who came to complete the carpet repair, was fantastic! He reached out to confirm our meet up time, was on time, friendly, personable and professional. He answered all my questions and took his time to make sure the job was completed well. In addition, he made sure my base floor boards were glued back in place and helped with closet doors I had taken off for the repair. He went above and beyond what I expected where I didn't feel like a number. I had two smaller rooms and the master carpets stretched and tacked down. The cost was average of what I was quoted by others and was a great value for the work completed. After Hugo left Spike checked in to follow up. Spike is absolutely awesome to work with. He Never rushes you and presents different options and ALWAYS stays on top of the job from start to finish. There has never been any surprises in working with him. We contacted him recently to have our house carpeted. Abbey Flooring has a great selection and Spike helped guide us to a selection and after making our selection he let us take the sample book home to see if it fit with our color scheme. After that he came out and took the measurements and ordered our selected carpet.. The install went absolutely perfect. His installers, Hugo and David, were completely amazing. They moved all the large items for us and finished the job in one day! Five bedrooms was no easy feat. They put everything back. They let us know it was out of warranty and then came out to look at our concern. Within days they sent out a couple of gentleman to fix the countertop. The fix was perfect and we couldn't be happier our kitchen countertops are beautiful. Artistic didn't charge us for the half day job and called us right afterwards to make sure all was ok.
