More recently, we had an upstairs bedroom leak that required removing both the floor and subfloor. Their team handled the repairs beautifully, installing new flooring and even adding a smart toilet. We also had them remodel our downstairs bathroom, and both projects were completed with outstanding workmanship--on time and with a high level of professionalism. Alex, the project manager, coordinated everything smoothly and kept the process stress-free. The new owner, Andy Moore, clearly continues the company's tradition of delivering excellent service and genuinely caring for local clients. We really value businesses that support and serve the community, and Family Floors & More does exactly that. Highly recommend them for any home remodeling project.

I highly recommend Rivas for quality tile installation. Eden really helped me out after I had a…read morereally bad install in new construction on an ADU. Eden helped document all the items that had been done improperly, and then he went above and beyond to remedy all the problems. He could have left some of the poor work in place, but he made sure that once he was done not only was HIS tile work in excellent shape, but also worked to fix other mistakes with the ceiling and drywall so that now the shower and the bathroom look amazing - how I had hoped it would have looked all along. After such a horrible experience with the previous contractor, it was so nice to see how respectful Eden and his crew were to my space and property, making sure everything was always clean and tidy each day. He even applied some caulk in the kitchenette that the previous contractor had never sealed which had left ugly gaps. For great work done right the first time, definitely trust Rivas Custom Tile.

Spike was phenominal at answering all my questions, providing a quote, coordinating the scheduled appointment where he even confirmed I was in contact with the person coming to do the work as I had a 3 hour drive that morning. Hugo, who came to complete the carpet repair, was fantastic! He reached out to confirm our meet up time, was on time, friendly, personable and professional. He answered all my questions and took his time to make sure the job was completed well. In addition, he made sure my base floor boards were glued back in place and helped with closet doors I had taken off for the repair. He went above and beyond what I expected where I didn't feel like a number. I had two smaller rooms and the master carpets stretched and tacked down. The cost was average of what I was quoted by others and was a great value for the work completed. After Hugo left Spike checked in to follow up. I am so impressed by the quality and communication provided from Abbey, something you don't see as often with many companies nowadays! I highly recommend Abbey and will call them for any future flooring.

The cost was very fair and the communication and ease of doing business with Abby carpet and Spike was a pleasure.
