I have been looking for a good spot for my regular facials for a long time. I have tried plenty of places in Seattle but no luck to make my skin feel better. After some research I went to see Julia. I have seen her 4 times so far. Every time she is professional, knowledgeable, consistent, and punctual. She takes her time to examine my skin and then explain to me what she will be working on and the equipment she will be using. I am also claustrophobic and do not like towel on my eyes. Neither do I like products with lavender in them. Every time I have been there since my first visit, she remembers my preference and makes sure I am comfortable with what she is using. I have acne and thought I had oily skin for the longest time. Julia made me realize that I actually have dry skin. With her help I almost don't break out anymore. After my facials I always feel relaxed. Even my husband says that my skin is glowing. Julia is the best! I had a giant zit under my nose and was in a hurry to get rid of it. It was one of those giant, painful, deep ones that just get worse when you try to pop them. I called her to beg for help/advice and she had me come in later the same day. Although she wasn't able to do an extraction (it's REALLY deep) she zapped it with her laser "zappy" machine and advised me to put cortisone on it. Not even 24 hours later and it's already healing! Jesseca is fantastic!! I have been here once or twice a year for 3 years now and would recommend her over any other facial or skin treatment I've had! She is very gentle and her care for her profession really shows when she's giving her treatments. She does not shy on length of facial massages (which I always doze off during!) and foot and hand massages too. She takes her time, which I love! Well thanks to Yelp like many of the others it was a no brainer to contact her and get a facial stat. She was very responsive (email) and got me in right away. I have annoying adult acne and wanted a natural organic solution. We sat down together first and talked about my skin, products and I basically just vented. I am sure many of you can relate. She determined the facial once she looked at my skin and then had at it. It was amazing. She is firm and gentle, the products feel and smell amazing and she is really easy to chat and get along with. And in the end she writes down everything she recommends and does not try and up-sell you anything. She genuinely wants to help your skin in any way she can. My skin has been in rough shape after coming back from a long holiday and Jesseca was able to squeeze me into her calendar. I had a combo Microdermabrasion and chemical peel.
