This is a small family business I love coming back to year after year. Rachael and Joe are incredibly friendly, hardworking, and truly hands-on--they run every aspect of the business themselves, and it shows. They use fresh ingredients, and I really appreciate how they remember their customers and even their preferences. The food is consistently high quality, delicious, and very affordable. It's mostly a takeout spot, but every now and then we'll eat outside and enjoy the fresh air. Always a great experience and I'm happy to support them!

I love coming here for a quick lunch. It's a small cozy shop. During the summer though, it's humid and inside sittings can be uncomfortable, but weather like today in the 60's feels great. They also have a few sittings outdoors. The food is great here. Large variety of Boba Teas and the Ramen Noodles are flavorful and they are not cheap on the portion either. It's a very nice size bowl of soup. The sushi's are delicious and so are the Appetizers. My favorite go to is the spicy tuna salad, the wonton soup and the Tonkatsu Ramen. Service is good as it depends how busy they are at the time, but I've never had any issues with service. Everyone is so kind. If anyone is in the area, should stop by? and give it a try.

I ordered takeout from here tonight and it was my first time trying Fresh Element. I've heard about it, but never tried it before. Sushi is my favorite food so I was definitely excited. I was thoroughly surprised at how good everything was. I had the tuna tataki and the spicy tuna rolls which were tasty. The prices are fair and the presentation was excellent. We will be back.

Kung pao tofu

Had the kin Pao tofu for lunch with brown rice. Had good flavors, I forgot to ask for it to be spicy and they forgot to ask me. Luckily I had sriracha at home. I like that they have tofu as an option for any of their meals. I would def go back!

This is a small place, clearly geared towards take out and food delivery services (large food shelf right in the main lobby). The menu is fairly simple and contained most of the basics one would find at any sushi-oriented Japanese restaurant. I had a sashimi and sushi combo which was fine. I've had better and worse sushi. The price seemed to be market rate. Overall, nothing was either too impressive nor too offensive. It's the kind of place that's probably great if you work nearby and don't have time to get a proper sit-down meal.

4th of July. Lunch time. Desperately seeking sushi. Go to two other nearby businesses and they're both closed. Find this as it's in the area and it has good reviews. Go in. Find it's mainly a take-out location with a few outside tables. My cousin and I are starving, so we order food for days. Veggie dumplings, Bento boxes with edamame, sushi, rice, and our individual entrees (garlic salmon for her, red curry chicken for me), plus boba tea (mango boba tea for her, strawberry boba tea for me). They bring us the boba tea first. My cousin had never tried it before, but she enjoyed the flavor, albeit she said it was a tad sweet. I'm inclined to agree with her. The boba tea at this location isn't for everyday consumption. The food came out shortly after. We decided to dig in. The veggie dumplings were bland, even with soy sauce. My red curry chicken was packed individually as I had asked for spice on the side on the off chance it wasn't spicy enough. Well, of course it wasn't spicy enough, even with putting in red pepper flakes. It was tasty enough though. The edamame in the Bento box was cold. The sushi was fine, although I wish I had ordered more of it. My cousin seemed to inhale her garlic salmon, but I think that was more out of hunger than anything. This wasn't what we expected, but it was filling, cheap, and fast. I'd recommend for a quick bite if in the area or if you're strapped for time or cash.

Very good food. Modern and delicious. My favorite roll is the mafia roll. Also you need to try the smoked pork ramen noodle.

Perfect spot to get your sushi or curry fill. The bento box is usually the perfect amount during lunch. Can't go wrong with panang curry. The potato wrapped shrimp were interesting. The shrimp should be a bit bigger. Other than that, I would come back to try their sushi!

We had lunch here the other day. The restaurant has its own small building. It's located in a very…read moreindustrial area where you would not expect to find a restaurant like this. Once inside, however, you are transported. They have a covered outside patio for dining, as well. This would be nice in cooler weather. And the restaurant has convenient parking on either side of the building. They have a special lunch menu with a lot of choices as well as a full menu. We both order one of their lunch specials. I ordered their shrimp pad Thai bento box. It came with soup or salad. I chose the miso soup as I'm not a fan of mixed greens. The soup was okay. In the bento box was a fried vegetable roll, a four piece California roll, the pad Thai, and two orange slices. The California roll was very good. Expertly and tightly rolled. I didn't care for the fried veggie roll. However, the shrimp pad Thai was wonderful. A half dozen large shrimp with rice noodles, bean sprouts, scallions, eggs -- all in a slightly sweet pad Thai sauce. And there was a lot of pad Thai packed into the section of the box. My husband got their sashimi lunch special. There were three types of raw fish -- salmon, tuna, and a white fish. Each fish had three fat slices. The meal came with a mixed greens salad. Along with a California roll, and that fried veggie roll. He liked it, "nice and fresh", he said. Although a bit out of the way for us, we felt the food was worth a drive. On the way out, we even got to meet the owner who told us that their menu is available on line.

For a split second, I thought maybe the place had been rented out for a private party we weren't invited to. But, trusting the good reviews, we decided to stay and risk it. Worst case? We'd get our food before the menus even hit the table. We started with the curry puffs--crispy, warm, nicely seasoned. Solid little bites, though not exactly the type of appetizer you dream about later like an old high school crush. My salad with peanut dressing followed, but the dressing was more watery than I'd like. Tasty, yes, but I like my peanut dressing to hug the lettuce, not run away from it. And then--boom--the Penang curry chicken arrived and stole the spotlight. This was the real deal. The flavors were rich and balanced, with that "made from scratch" depth you can't fake. I asked for mine spicy and they nailed it--just the right amount of heat to make me sweat a little but still want to keep eating. And, I like it hot! Mission accomplished without losing flavor!! My wife went mild, and hers looked like it had been painted in softer pastels while mine was done in neon flames. Same dish, two totally different personalities. The owner came by to chat, and she was a delight. Turns out they grow their own peppers and make all their curries from scratch. Suddenly, it all made sense--the freshness, the layered flavors, the fact that my taste buds felt like they were on a guided tour of Thailand instead of eating reheated sauce from a jar. So yes, the restaurant was empty when we walked in. But this isn't a ghost town--it's a hidden gem. A 30 years in business hidden gem. Next time, I'm bringing more people along, partly for the company and partly so I don't feel like I accidentally booked a private dining experience.
