Found this place on Uber Eats and with today's economy decided to drive over, order and wait for my food. I ordered a variety of things, Thai ice tea was especially delicious. The soups mushroom and wonton were phenomenal I'm so glad I tried both. The Krab Rangoons were 10/10. Prices are really great if you go into order I feel like Uber Eats and door dash have ruined the take out experience with all the extra fees. I didn't try the sushi but will for sure on my next visit. The restaurant was empty and quiet when I went in and I prefer it that way. The front was managed by a really nice woman who I believe also went in the back to cook some of my food. My family got this the other night and honestly, I've been craving it daily since! My husband got the general tso meal, I got the ramen & my kids shared the lo mein. Everything was amazing. This is a small family business I love coming back to year after year. Rachael and Joe are incredibly friendly, hardworking, and truly hands-on--they run every aspect of the business themselves, and it shows. OK, I'm posting this review with no photos because I can! Lol Let me just say that fresh element is 9 times out of 10 going to satisfy your craving for sushi or Thai or bubble tea, or whatever else you're looking for in that realm of cuisine-- you will find it there. My go to is Penang curry with crispy duck and white rice. One time I opted for a tuna tataki appetizer and I was disappointed because the tuna just felt/smelled/tasted a little off. And I have never done that again lol but the crispy duck with Penang curry is always perfect! (I also get extra Penang curry sauce and they do that for me for a very small charge so that's a big thumbs up.) The Tom kha soup is also really good, and the dragon roll and the JB roll are good according to my daughter and my boyfriend. The prices are affordable, service is friendly, and I appreciate the consistency. I've been going here since they opened a few years ago and I've only had one bad experience. Oh wait, lol, another bad experience I had was on an occasion when the food took so long to be delivered one time through DoorDash that I just had to cancel my order because I was heading toward a hangry act of violence. I called the restaurant to see what was taking so long and they said they were just extremely busy. Another thing I love about this spot is that when I call I guess they have your phone number in the system so they know my past orders and all I have to say is hi. "Can I place an order for pick up?" and they'll say "Sure; Penang curry extra sauce, crispy, duck, and white rice?" and that is a chefs kiss experience when ordering from a random little restaurant every once in a while. I love coming here for a quick lunch. It's a small cozy shop. During the summer though, it's humid and inside sittings can be uncomfortable, but weather like today in the 60's feels great. They also have a few sittings outdoors. The food is great here. Large variety of Boba Teas and the Ramen Noodles are flavorful and they are not cheap on the portion either. It's a very nice size bowl of soup. The sushi's are delicious and so are the Appetizers. My favorite go to is the spicy tuna salad, the wonton soup and the Tonkatsu Ramen. Find it's mainly a take-out location with a few outside tables. My cousin and I are starving, so we order food for days. Veggie dumplings, Bento boxes with edamame, sushi, rice, and our individual entrees (garlic salmon for her, red curry chicken for me), plus boba tea (mango boba tea for her, strawberry boba tea for me). They bring us the boba tea first. My cousin had never tried it before, but she enjoyed the flavor, albeit she said it was a tad sweet. I'm inclined to agree with her. The boba tea at this location isn't for everyday consumption. The food came out shortly after. We decided to dig in. The veggie dumplings were bland, even with soy sauce. My red curry chicken was packed individually as I had asked for spice on the side on the off chance it wasn't spicy enough. Well, of course it wasn't spicy enough, even with putting in red pepper flakes. It was tasty enough though. The edamame in the Bento box was cold. The sushi was fine, although I wish I had ordered more of it. My cousin seemed to inhale her garlic salmon, but I think that was more out of hunger than anything. This is my wife and I's favorite Chinese restaurant. It's hard to even put it in the same category as the contemporary Chinese restaurants around here that all have the exact same menu because they take it to heart when they put the word "Fresh" in their name. Every time we order from here the ingredients are just that - fresh. The food is top notch the portions are plentiful. They have TONS of varieties of noodle bowls that always way you to try more and more while at the same time keeping you coming back for your favorite. But what I have to mention is my wife and I's hands down go-to favorite that we have to order every time is their Beef Fried Rice. I don't know what it is about it but it is fantastic. They have a spicy scale from 0-5 and I will say that I can handle spice better than most but am also not the guy to go for volcano wings and the 2 is perfect for me. It's got a nice heat that makes you slow down but a fantastic flavor. So just a word of advice before going into the 3-5 range, you've been warned. Back to the rice, the beef is super tender -land you get a good amount of large pieces. I like to break them up a bit and get more in each bite. The rice is always perfect and the whole dish goes well. Don't get me wrong they have lots of other fantastic foods. Even the classic orange chicken is crispy yet saucy. So often you get just wet, soft, mushy fried pieces and theirs somehow maintains that crunch. And if you're a dessert person like my wife is, they have Panko Breaded Deep Fried Cheesecake with a chocolate syrup dipping sauce. It's pretty darn good I will say. Anyway, I wish it was closer to my house. We often order it on Uber eats, it's like 80% of our orders on there. It keeps us coming back, the prices are on par with other Chinese places but the quality is far superior. Check them out for sure. read more

Celebration sushi roll: does not look or taste like sushi grade fish, looks and tastes more like farm raised from Publix. Thai Ginger chicken Noodles: fresh ginger and fresh veggies were a plus, bland sauce and watery flavorless noodles were not...chicken was good but hardly any chicken in the dish. Squid appetizer: though I have never eaten deep fried bait, I imagine this is what it tastes like. In college, I used to live across the street from this place and I fell in love. I got to know the owner and always tried her new concepts for menu items. I can't count how many times I've gone. They offer some of the best noodle soups in the area because of how fresh everything is. I always get my soups with udon, I just love the flavors of the noodles. My favorite non-soup item would be their red curry. I met the chef who told me how she makes the broth and was just lovely to speak with. The vegetables in all of their rice and noodle dishes are just incredibly fresh, I can't stress that enough. I've maybe tried every sushi roll they offer, but if you're looking for a unique sushi experience, their sushi pizza is fun and tasty meal. Easy finger food and I would even say soy sauce is totally optional. All of their food is wonderfully seasoned. Hot and sour soup had perfect amount of hot and sour along with tofu, mushrooms, lotsa flavor and a large portion . For the salmon I asked for with mixed vegetables(healthy request). They are a little far, but each time the food has gotten to me within an hour (I'm in Boynton). Sushi is fresh and delicious. Their Chinese food is also very tasty and nicely prepared. What I like most is they were very generous in accommodating special orders. Leaving certain veggies out and making sure there was still enough other ingredients.
