Pad Thai
Elizabeth S.

Love this place! You know why? It might not be a five star establishment but the service and the food quality is always five star. Today I tried the combo pad Thai with beef chicken and shrimp lunch special for $16 when I tell you I was so full and so satisfied that it didn't make any sense!? We got there at 12 we were out by 12:30 full and satisfied. Lunch special is always a hit. It comes with salad. They had some nice chill R&B music playing in the background as always. The ambience is very typical like a small Thai place would be expected to feel like (with the chalkboard specials, the big anime like graphics on the wall) it's just one of those places that makes you feel cozy and at home every time you walk in. They know your name they know what you like and everything is quick and fast without letting go of service with a smile! Another review giving it to you straight no chaser! Enjoy!

This. Tuna tataki pad gogo - try it.

This is such a great spot - small and casual but great for groups and kids. Staff is so sweet, above and beyond. The food? Well that's just unreal. Every single thing was delicious and perfectly cooked. Sushi roll (deluxe spicy tuna - yum!), edamame, seaweed salad and veggie spring rolls were delicious. The pad thai was generous and so many shrimp! But you have to try the pat gogo tuna tataki. I've never had that but this was the BEST. The wasabi sauce was perfection. It's really close to the outlets so a great stop if you're nearby.

This is My new favorite go-to sushi for delivery because they have a rice less roll section and are very accommodating! I ordered the tuna avocado roll with cucumber wrapping and requested the deluxe salmon roll to be wrapped in cucumber instead of rice, and they obliged and my meal was awesome!!! Used Uber eats as the courier and everything was packaged great with all the dipping sauces. Bravo! Great meal!!!

Definitely check this place out! If you don't know exactly what you're looking for, you could miss it because it's in a relatively quiet plaza and has little signage. The space is small but decorated nicely. We were greeted and seated immediately. Our waiter was cheerful and attentive. We got veggie spring rolls, shrimp pad Thai, and combo fried rice. Veggie spring rolls were piping hot, massive, a tad greasy, and very delicious. The main courses were HUGE and could easily just be shared between two people. Great experience and wonderful food. It looks like a lot of their business is takeout but it's a great spot for dining in as well!

Was looking for something different for my last night in West Palm, and saw the reviews on Pat Gogo, also their Happy Hour menu looked nice as well. Easy to find location and was greeted as soon as I walked in. No one was there except for the workers who are very pleasant, and immediately seated me. Tables and chairs are a bit outdated, but not uncomfortable. Received a menu, and asked about happy hour, and told that only drinks were on happy hour. This was the main reason I chose to eat here, but I wanted to try other things as well. Started with the waikami salad - cold, flavorful and a perfect portion. Moved onto a Tom Yum soup with chicken, again very good, could have used a bit more lemon grass and had a bit of a sweetness that I am not used to, but delicious. Next was the Tuna Tataki, and a Lobster Roll. Both were outstanding, the tuna was tasty and fresh, and the lobster roll was cooked well, but could have had a bit more flavor on the lobster itself. All in all a great meal, and I for sure would go back for seconds.

Always satisfying sushi each time I come as it's my fourth time there. The place is small but always serves excellent choices of sushi.

Always amazing and attentive service! Food is delicious,…read morebeautiful presentation. The toro roll is my absolute favorite, fresh and simple, it's perfect. The deep fried roll was delicious and not oily but still crispy. The crispy rice is also one of my favorites. The restaurant is small and quaint, low lighting perfect for a date. By the…read moretime Saturday night rolled around, I decided I was taking myself out to celebrate surviving the chaos. After a quick Yelp search and a TikTok deep dive to confirm the vibes, I found the spot. I walked in around 6 pm for an early dinner and grabbed an open seat at the bar. I was immediately greeted by the two guys behind the bar who were so welcoming and brought me a complimentary cucumber salad to start. It was fresh and tangy and honestly the perfect reset after a long day. Of course I ordered a lychee martini right away. They make sake-tinis here so they are actually made with sake instead of vodka and it was so freaking good. Slightly sweet, super smooth and definitely on the stronger side in the BEST way. I started with the yellowtail with serrano. The fish was insanely fresh and buttery!! The serrano gave it just the right amount of heat without overpowering it. I also ordered a few pieces of nigiri which came in pairs: yellowtail, tuna belly, and salmon. Every single one just melted in my mouth. You could really taste the quality. I tried the salmon and avocado hand roll too and this was one of my favorite bites of the night. The salmon was so silky and the avocado perfectly creamy. The seaweed had that fresh snap to it...I love that it adds a little texture and saltiness that balances everything out. Handrolls are so simple but so satisfying!! At one point I saw them making crispy tuna rice in front of me and immediately had to order it. Literally the best crispy tuna rice I've ever had. The rice was perfectly golden and crunchy on the outside but still soft inside, topped with spicy tuna that was fresh, flavorful and the perfect spice level. For dessert, the guys behind the bar suggested the donut balls and I'm so glad they did. Warm, fluffy little rounds coated in cinnamon sugar with icing on the side for dipping. They were BEYOND! What really made the night though was the atmosphere. So many regulars coming in and out, all greeted warmly by the owner, who was working nonstop behind the sushi bar the entire time. There was such a strong neighborhood feel. Even the guests seemed to know each other. They even had live music playing outside. It was a whole vibe! I left completely full and a little tipsy off my two martinis, smiling to myself. One of the best meals I've had in a while. This place is special.

OK, so the poke tacos were not that bad but they don't do fried rice very well. I ventured here with some heffa that I don't even talk to anymore. But that's another story. The service was OK, they need to get their reservation system, right. I made reservations, but the heifer got there first. She said she used my name after they called me to inquire if I was still showing up. I had been there 45 minutes. The ambience is nice. It's dark. It was a Saturday. They were very busy. I'd return again well if they were open, but I would not be eating that again.

We only got drinks this time and we picked the lychee martini, yamazaki swinger, and the Lua Pele Scorpion Bowl. The vodka and the sake in the lychee martini didn't go to well or it was just a bad mix that day. But I was not a fan of the drink. The yamazaki swinger was very watered down and we barely tasted the whiskey. The Lua Pele Scorpion bowl wasn't much of a show and while the drink did taste good, it was mostly filled with decorations. It's supposed to serve 2-4 people but after we took all the decorations out and poured the drink into a cup, it was barely a full cup. I'll definitely give it a try again as I'm not sure how the food was and maybe it was just an off day for the bartender.
