S1. General Tso's Chicken. 8 Pieces Fried Crab Rangoons. Chicken Fried Rice
Harold M.

Giving it 5 stars because why not? My chicken was fork tender, rice tasted good and fresh, krab rangoon tastes homemade. Big portion. I ordered delivery and it was here in 25 minutes. I always expect the worst when ordering from a new place. East Wok pleasantly surprised me.

Chicken and Broccoli Steamed with fried rice

We were craving Chinese food while in Palm Beach and found East Wok online. It was one of the few food places open past 10PM in the area. They weren't super busy and the girl who took my order was nice. My food came out accurate and quick. Probably took 10-15 min max! My steamed chicken and broccoli was good but I felt like my fried rice didn't have much flavor (I needed duck sauce to give it a taste). Service was decent though, so if I am in the area again, I would probably go back again!

I ordered take out and my Egg Drop Soup was moldy. Obviously didn't see it until I got home but I will never order anything from there again. The rest of the food was fine but I will never know how old their food is.

Everything was bland, would never go there ago: went there because it was the only Chinese place in the area open late.

Waste of money, might make you sick. Cashier will try to short change you. Bought crab ragoon, tasted like they used rotten cream cheese.

Frequently takeout from here. The food is quite good, though not consistent. Great prices and kind people.

OK, so the poke tacos were not that bad but they don't do fried rice very well. I ventured here with some heffa that I don't even talk to anymore. But that's another story. The service was OK, they need to get their reservation system, right. I made reservations, but the heifer got there first. She said she used my name after they called me to inquire if I was still showing up. I had been there 45 minutes. The ambience is nice. It's dark. It was a Saturday. They were very busy. I'd return again well if they were open, but I would not be eating that again.

We only got drinks this time and we picked the lychee martini, yamazaki swinger, and the Lua Pele Scorpion Bowl. The vodka and the sake in the lychee martini didn't go to well or it was just a bad mix that day. But I was not a fan of the drink. The yamazaki swinger was very watered down and we barely tasted the whiskey. The Lua Pele Scorpion bowl wasn't much of a show and while the drink did taste good, it was mostly filled with decorations. It's supposed to serve 2-4 people but after we took all the decorations out and poured the drink into a cup, it was barely a full cup. I'll definitely give it a try again as I'm not sure how the food was and maybe it was just an off day for the bartender.

I don't think I ever would have found it while driving by -- except that I saw it on Yelp. There is ample parking in the lot out front. There are a couple other restaurants in the same center that I'll check out in the future. There is plenty of seating inside -- tables as well as booths. The menu has a mix of Asian cultures -- from pho to pad Thai and traditional Chinese offerings, too. My husband had a small salad to start. He wasn't that hungry so he ordered a small tom kha shrimp soup. He said was very good and had a nice amount of shrimp in it. I ordered their Singapore rice noodles. I asked for not too spicy and it had just a tad bit of curry in it. It was delicious. The portion was huge -- 3 or 4 people could have easily shared the dish. It had pork, duck, chicken, and shrimp in it along with scallions, bok choy, carrots, onions, and bean sprouts. The noodles were cooked perfectly. I have dinner for us for another day as I could only eat a small bit. This place is a keeper. There's a lot more on the menu that I'd like to try. We will definitely return.

The food was excellent. I ordered the egg drop soup, beef and Chinese broccoli, salt and pepper chicken wings, shrimp dim sum, and young chow fried rice. The standout dish was definitely the beef and Chinese broccoli -- it ended up being everyone's favorite. The staff were friendly, attentive, and clearly work hard to make sure every guest has a great experience. With the restaurant only about 15 minutes from home, I'll definitely be returning.

The staff is not knowledgeable about the menu, and we asked if they would make a pretty standard dish not listed and was told no without asking the kitchen. Within 2 minutes after ordering, they bring the chicken and eggplant dish which clearly isn't ours, we have to wait down another server as the kids just drops it on the table. 5 minutes later they bring another chicken and eggplant which we said we'd like put appetizers first, so they take it back once again. Eggroll: pretty small and ok Pan fried dumplings, well done: barely fried, the filling while tasty has so much filler you couldn't tell what type of meat was actually used as it was a pale light color! Chicken w/ eggplant in garlic sauce: we said no extra heat so it came out w more of a bland brown sauce, no garlic, not much flavor. Oh well...it's ok for American Chinese cuisine.
