They really did a terrible job of putting the trainer together. The right arm is very loose and it appears the screws, which are your typical Phillips head screws are as tight as they can be, and yet there is so much play one has to wonder when it's just going to fall off. I can't help but reach the conclusion that they did the absolute minimum work necessary and then got the heck out of there so fast I had no time to even inspect what they had done. Over time the right arm has gotten looser and looser and it can't be tightened or loosened. The right-hand grip is also not properly installed, but the worst part is the graphic display which is so antiquated it reminds me of the original Atari Pong game. This machine should have sold for $300, not $700 and obviously, I will never do business with this lying crook again.

He never called GG to tell them to let me know he wasn't going to make it back and to reschedule. Fat coward three years until this week. I stopped back in and scheduled a golf lesson. He looked in his book and said he was open at 10am on Sunday 1-6. I drive there from my house (about 35 minutes away) and walk in the door only to be told by Craig that he made a mistake and it was supposed to be next Sunday. Apparently he is the only one who's time is valuable. Stay away, he will screw you too.

Handmade in America of extra thick vegetable dyed hides these duty belts was exactly what I was searching for. The online store was slick but sadly limited in it's offerings although featuring big,iconic name brands like Barbour,Carolina boots,Schott,Woolrich and Filson. I did order a sturdy work belt and it arrive a bit late but Hank's made good on it's promise to refund me my shipping. Hank's is an good source for work and outdoor apparel along the lines of LL Bean and Duluth Trading company but a bit higher end. I called a different local medical supply place to make sure I hadn't been dreaming when thinking there would no tax on this device. They assured me there would not be. So I had to get back to Penn-York to have them refund the sales tax. "Gee, I can't imagine how you ended up being charged sales tax," my sales person eventually told me. I would guess either incompetence, or a hope that I would not question the sales tax, thinking I had misheard this, and everyone there could go out to dinner with that $200. He blamed it all on a computer glitch. I'd almost be willing to pay $200 just for the courtesy of not being yelled at when I called to point out that mistake. "I bill is wrong. I got charged more than I was supposed to..." I began. "I told you! If you paid with a credit card it would be an additional 3.5%!" my salesman yelled before I could explain the situation. "No, I was charged tax. I'm almost certain you told me that there would not be any tax because it was medical device." "There is no way you were charged tax!" "Well, I'm looking at my receipt, and there is a box labeled 'sales tax' and that box has $200 in it.'" Then there was some run around where first I'd get a refund check, then I was told they couldn't do that--the money would be refunded back to my credit card--and then it went back to sending me a check. At one point in the conversation I said something like, "Well, before you erroneously added $200 to my bill for tax..." and the lady I was talking to said, "How dare you say we did that erroneously! It was a simple error!" I had to say, "Lady, the word 'erroneously' means 'in error'." Gee, get an SAT review book and start studying some vocabulary words. Take my advice.
