Unbelievable response time! Even during Covid, all of my many questions have been answered right away, and apparently by the owner himself! This is the same service I received pre-Covid 19! I also should mention, they are very honest about what they have in stock. They will not mislead you to believe that they will get something before they get it. And their prices are unbeatable. I didn't read any of the reviews about American cycles.com which is the same entity as Acebmx. Until I had purchased my S&M bars. After I read all the bad reviews I wondered why every single place that sold these bars were sold out, including S&M themselves, I started to worry. I gave it 7 days till I inquired about tracking info since every Bmx store is back up due to Covid19. Joe responded quickly within a day and said it was shipped. I had checked "informed delivery" (free service thru Usps, check it out) thru Usps to see if I had any packages coming and not thing was coming. I messaged Joe again and he sent me tracking info. Safe to say I received my bars today and they look great and packaged well. The item did come from "the building distribution" rather than their store address in NY. But I assume most items are at a distribution place and are being sent out from there. Who knows how backed up these distribution centers are. Just glad my experience was a positive one. i'm building 2 bmx bikes-my dream race bmx and a street freestyle bike for my son. i wasn't aware it was going to be this much work, but i have no doubt it will be worth it in the end. i found all the parts i wanted and right before i made the purchases, i found acebmx. i'm getting some bombshell carbon bars w an oversized stem and some answer carbon forks and saved $60. As long as i receive my merchandise (which i see no reason i WOULDN'T) i would highly recommend at least checking them out before you buy anywhere else. Love Ace BMX they answer the phone on the first ring I had excellent customer service I went to order a quick release seat clamp online they didn't have tracking for it cuz it was a small first class package but it came as it was scheduled...I then called and ordered a brake lever from them they didn't have it in stock but they were able to get it very quickly and shipped out immediately and I just got it today I am very impressed and they actually came out a couple dollars cheaper than the same products listed on eBay so win win :) I will definitely order again :) read more
