They said they would call at certain points to give me an update and schedule delivery and they were reliable each time. Plus the woman I primarily spoke with was extremely friendly and helpful. At the end of the day this isn't the cheapest coop option, but the quality is great and I love that I was able to customize. I added a few features like a litter tray that will make cleaning and caring for the animals much easier. Also happy that I was able to get free delivery and they set everything up perfectly.
