Worst supplier I have used in over 40 years they are arrogant and disrespectful to customers promise you the world and then say they never said they would deliver on that day. I have requested a quote and the. Recieved nasty emails back from their estimators saying my engineer knew nothing and gave a list of issues that when I spoke to the owner it was agreeed that his estimators accusations were all incorrect and unfounded. Spend a few dollars more and go to a local lumber yard that will give you much better service and not bullshit you. Last Labor Day, we got a call from a neighbor that part of our huge oak tree went through our roof. When we got home we had to find someone to get rid of the tree, and fix our roof, super quickly. So we had a couple companies come look at the roof to replace it completely, and Alpine was going to be able to replace it faster, and CHEAPER, than other places. A metal roof intrigued me, so we went for it. Jason at Alpine got us right on the schedule, the price was exactly what he said it would be, the work took not even one day, and it's AMAZING. Now, over a year later, it's holding up great and we LOVE it. Their customer service is fantastic, it's cheaper than traditional roofs, and I can't say enough about how amazing the roof looks. Excellent company. Estimate was completed with in a few days of initial call. Estimate was spot on, no surprises. Job completed on a weekend starting early and working late to get it done in one day.
