He helped us find someone to build a stone pad for the shed and was a great communicator throughout the process. Not the cheapest option we had but worth every penny we spent. I wish I could give minus stars. Simply the worst service. Just under a year ago, we bought a shed…read morefrom Home Depot, contracted out to tuff shed. We paid extra for them to obtain the permit. They had from Sept until April to get a permit as our lakehouse is closed during the winter. But nothing, no permit. They said the city wouldn't respond and the city said they didn't contact them. In the spring I decided to get the permit myself. I asked for a refund for the extra we paid for the permit, but they refused since we went through Home Depot. I finally get the permit, the city said it's in the mail and I have a case number and I can go ahead. But these people said no. We need the actual permit. A week later the city emailed it to Tuff and myself and still, they refuse to schedule an appointment for deliver my shed. They still have the shed, we have paid 3/4th of the price. Not sure what I can do. Maybe better business bureau?? This has been a stressful experience and I'd recommend to stay far away from this company.

Pete guided us through the design process where we got to see 3d renderings of our custom shed before it was installed. Then, the scheduling process to built my shed onsite was very smooth too. Pete and the staff members in NJ were always available to answer any questions. The installers came in and built my shed in a day. From my experience with other contractors, I can tell Tuff Shed are best ones out there.

I cannot say enough good things about the barn, the communication, the work ethic and the staff! They paid great attention to ensuring access was maintained for our neighbors on our one lane road and were respectful of our property. The barn itself is well constructed of high quality materials. Minor concerns we had were addressed quickly and professionally. In addition, the price was significantly less than other vendors for a superior product! Highly recommend!

When we later learned that we could erect the building we wanted, we went back to Kauffman Builders. After they framed and poured a foundation for our garage, they came a week later and in 2 days put up a 4 car garage. We couldn't be happier! Very pleasant crew, never heard a cross word from anyone!
