My last visit was just yesterday, when I went in to get paint for a redo of a room and touch-up in another. I had thrown out a can of dried paint without noting the color name/code, but the employee worked with me to look through our history and paint chips to determine the correct color. He was patient and helpful throughout. He also checked to see whether the 30% of sale or my Property Manager account (we own a rental) gave the best discount. I do recommend purchasing only when paint is on sale - which thankfully is often.

I paid for the supplies, he followed me to the door and said " now I can go home". When I got home I realized he gave me a quart of the color when I asked for a sample. I was charged for a quart. Will not be returning to this store. Customer service is very poor. I would not recommend this store to anyone shopping for paint or paint supplies. Let them go out of business.

Called the store to ask if they were open because it's New Year's eve and the building is going…read morethrough a remodel. I was told that they were open until 2:00 p.m, that they were still open during the remodel, and to enter via the back door. When I entered per their instructions, I immediately slipped on a freshly painted wet floor and had to grab the wall to keep from falling. There were no signs indicating that the floor was wet and not to walk on it. Both of my shoes are covered in paint, and the employee said to "go wipe the paint off on the grass." When I asked for a quart of paint he shrugged and said he could not do that because the floor was wet by the paint mixer. When I then asked if I could have a sample chip of the paint I wanted he said he could also not get me any chips because the floor was wet everywhere. Why is this store telling people to come in when A) it's a liability to have customers inside B) they can get no service?
