With each job they made mistakes; delivered wrong marble counter top for my master bath & the backsplash for my smaller bathroom was delivered broken. As the customer I was understanding and did not complain; both issues were made right. When ordering the tile and marble for the smaller bathroom my initial customer service was very good. The sales/estimator figured my order using my contractors measurements. The contractor has been in business for years and was highly recommended. The tile for the shower walls are a standard white subway tile. The 3 star review was given because there was 2 full unopened boxes and a 3/4 full of subway tiles leftover after the job was completed. My contractor commented that it was unusual to have so much left over. It's a lot of tile. He suggested I return it for a refund minus the restocking fee. He stated it's a very popular tile that reselling it Shouldn't be an issue. When I tried to return the 2 unopened boxes of tile I was told there was a 30day return policy. I have the original receipt and signed proposal it does not state the return policy. I was never told about the return policy by the sales/estimator. Purchasing the tile was based on her estimate not mine? It was not in the 30 day period because I waited on the contractor who got stuck on another job. Tile is not perishable and Roma tile still has this tile displayed in their showroom. It's not really about the money, it's not a huge amount, it's about customer service going both ways. It's a lot of extra tiles sitting in my basement, what a waste!!

I had it put in every room in my new house except the kitchen and bathrooms, and will definitely be calling on them to do the bathroom and kitchen in the near future. They were polite, knowledgeable, and fast, even during the pandemic! Pat was great at explaining things as was Kyle! They will be my go to for flooring and I highly recommend them. Their prices are much lower than Lowes and Home Depot and they have a much bigger selection, also. Love this place!
