One company came out and gave a bid to replace the skylight but was hesitant to attempt to stop the immediate leak before the skylight replacement project was signed for. When I called Rost Construction, Jakob answered the call and started asking me fact finding questions about the roof and the skylight. He agreed to send out one of his staff the next day. Jack from Rost Construction went up to the skylight and found an old nail embedded in the skylight flashing. He was able to repair that area and stop the leaking.
