Window World of Binghamton - Window Rot they covered up during replacement window install.

The two-man sub-contractor team led by Bruce were there on time. They went straight to work and had all windows installed quickly. They then followed up with insulation and cleaning up at each window. After the installations were completed inside, they worked well together to start the wrapping outside. When they finished for the day the house and the yard were cleaner than before they started. The team was scheduled to come back after Christmas, but they didn't want us to have to wait so long. They were working just up the road the next day, so asked if they could stop back in the afternoon to finish up. They were again on time, got right to work, and finished everything for us that day! We were warmer with new windows and it was quieter inside as well. We were very happy with the decision to go with Window World.

Here again work site was neat/ organised and ready for aluminum wrap of windows. While Casey was doing install numerous people stopped and admired new windows and how well organized work area was. Casey did a phenomenal job that was much appreciated and I'm looking forward to next group of aged windows to be replaced. Thanks again to the Window World Team, Jason Hensley and Casey Ward, Yours truly, Norm Card

JKS Home Improvement - All framed up

JKS Home Improvement

I had some work done last year on the front of my home by JKS and since then it has deteriorated…read more So I called JKS back to see if they could fix the problem. The gentleman they sent up to help was absolutely talented and kind. But the owner, Jeremy, was not amenable to fixing the entire problem. He allowed the contractor a certain amount of time to work, but the original issue remains. I'm disappointed in how Jeremy handled a situation that should have been done correctly to begin with.

I was at Texas Roadhouse tonight when I saw a Guy in a JKS Home Improvement Truck park in the lines…read moreof a handicap spot. The poor people parked in the Handicap spot had a little boy in a wheel chair who looked to be around four or five, who appeared to have Cerebral Palsy. It was raining and they couldn't get the poor little guy in the van because this guy parked so close in the yellow lines. The people had to go in and ask for someone to come move it. The guy comes out with an attitude saying "looks like a perfectly good spot to me. Looks like a spot." The dad of the kid was rightfully getting really annoyed and this guy was being a complete jerk, even though he was obviously wrong and caused this little guy to be in the rain while they tried to get him to move. The mom looked like she was about to cry. I heard the guy say "What are you going to do call my boss? Go for it. Call my boss" and then laughed. I looked on the website and he appears to be the owner, which is why he didn't care. I didn't call because I figured it would fall on def ears. Before you support JKS Home Improvement, I suggest you think about the kind of person you are dealing with!!! If he can be so rude to parents of a wheelchair bound CHILD after he was the one who parked in a spot he shouldn't have, imagine how he's going to treat a customer!!! It took everything I had not to get involved, but it would not have been good if I did!
