And just when I thought it couldn't get better Willy and the crew showed up and got to work setting up heavy tarp to protect our landscaping before starting tear off. The cooperation of Shawn and the great drone pictures throughout the project was amazing. And they finalized the project with a sweep of the yard picking up every single screw/nail and left nothing behind. I called the office to yet again explain how frustrated I am with my experience & how this is gonna reflect my bill. to no avail, I got "oh a company wide email was sent out to explain this can't happen".
