April 26th he said he will get equipment rented. May 7th he said he had equipment rented for the following week. May 24th I contacted him & he said he had the equipment & I was on his schedule. May 27th it rained long & hard, so on the 28th I advised of very wet conditions. He said he had the equip for that day only so had to get it done. He showed up 15 minutes before it was supposed to begin raining again. Spent more time getting a kioti tractor with tracks off his trailer than he did "working". (All he would have needed is a chainsaw, gloves, & a pickup.) It started to rain. He buried the tractor in the mud. Cursed, and left without doing any cleanup. I gave him all summer to do what I paid him to do. The work was never rescheduled. On Oct 19, I requested a refund and did not receive a reply - or a refund.
