Tried Fresh & Co. for the first time and was very impressed! All the ingredients looked extremely fresh (pun intended) and the service was friendly and quick. I ordered the Cali Cobb salad, which was made fresh and well mixed with the dressing, and it was good and fresh. Just a heads up that building your own salad can add up cost-wise. The staff member I interacted with was very kind, though I did find that the gluten-free options weren't well explained despite signage encouraging customers to ask. First time I ordered from here I got a market plate with the brisket however they were out of brisket for that day (even though the app still let me order it) and when I got there they told me they needed to swap it for a different protein, so I went with the steak. I thought the portion of the market plate was small for the price and the steak was a little chewy. I've also tried the falafel wrap and buffalo chicken wrap on separate occasions and enjoy the taste of both of those. Be warned though, they're premade so you cannot customize those and they are served cold. I've taken all my meals to go but there's always a few people sitting inside, and now that the weather is getting nice they've also put a few tables outside. Stopped by to pick up lunch and had a positive experience (except parking - more on that later) You'll walk into a bright and clean space that is fresh and simple. There is a line to order and build your salad or meal. They also have a menu posted with lots of options. You may want to check it out before arriving. It was during lunch time and line was moving. I built my own salad and went with the tahini lemon dressing. It was yummy. The salad is easily two servings. It came to about $10. I also got the PB Chia Energy Bites -- clean ingredients and yummy! There were other options as well for breakfast and desserts and beverages. Tip: check out the menu in advance! Employees were friendly and efficient. My only gripe was parking. Street parking is limited especially during busy time periods. I parked in the HQ garage and was bummed they charged $8 for up to 2 hours. I was parked for about 15 minutes. If you do park there, park near P2 West Tower and when you get off elevator, make a right and you'll see it. Obviously this is outside of their control and I'll have to leave review for LAZ parking. Oh! There is seating at Fresh&Co. Also, since it's in HQ plaza, there's also seating in a courtyard nearby if you want to work or have a group. I love healthy options and will be back. I got norovirus (I was lab tested) from this Fresh and Co. location in Morristown, NJ! The protein snack with two eggs and spinach were very ROTTEN! I threw them out but ate the tuna salad in a separate container from the eggs. Smelled ok, so I thought it was ok to eat. NOT. I got violently ill the next day. It was bright and warm inside after a two-block walk from our street parking. We ordered a Cali-cobb salad and a crispy chicken mozzarella. We split the salad first, which the employee tossed for us upon request. It was delicious and well-dressed, each bite with the right amount of lettuce, tomatoes , cheese, etc. The sandwich didn't stand a chance. We split a half because it was too bready and without the flavors it promised; sun-dried tomato dressing and artichokes were imperceptible. Fresh & Co is an absolute gem for anyone looking for fresh, flavorful and wholesome options. I was very impressed with their large salad selection and dressings which are made in-house. You can truly taste the quality and care in every bite. My 10 year old son had plenty of options too, from the creamy mac and cheese to their crispy chicken fingers. It made for a stress-free dining experience because there was so much on the menu for him to pick from. Food quality has gone completely down. Ordered the turkey chili, it was all watery and literally only beans. Used to be filled with ground turkey and flavorful, they just threw water on top of an old pot of beans and served it for $12. I also got the crispy chicken sandwich, and none of the ingredients came with it except the cheese. No sesame hero bread, no artichokes, no sun-dried tomato's pesto, no arugula, and the chicken wasn't even a cutlet it was like pieces of chicken nuggets. Disappointed, standards have already dropped significantly. Not worth the money, if you don't get what you order at the very least. read more

This place had so much promise and started out well. Now it's nothing but a disorganized mess. No one knows where to order. they do not have people in the correct places.
