B..U..T... for sure I'm not happy that more than once their prices didn't ring up correctly. Two times, I didn't recognize the discrepancies until I was already home. Similarly but a bit different is not getting my five dollars of change back. I called the same day, within the hour, and told the manager. I described the cashier and her friendly, chatty friend who was standing alongside her. I got caught up in their playfulness and failed to get my change. The manager genuinely apologized and even shared that the employee had on a previous occasion been told about having her friend being there when she was working. The manager also told me to come get my money. She then told me the days of that week she'd be working since I was unwilling to return that same day. I didn't make it back that week but when I went days later the lady working customer service said that she didn't know a manager by that name. Well, of course, I say NP and that maybe she's a weekend only manager. I asked to have my receipt back as I had written the manager's name on it. After, a few more days, again, I go back and again customer service doesn't know the manager of whose name I was given. All that long story is to say, if you shop at Winn Dixie ensure your items ring up correctly.

Keith, the associate helping me, turned to the pharmacist and said, "Guess I'm not leaving early." I was so taken aback that all I could say was, "I'm sorry," and he didn't respond. The silence made it worse. I had no idea that my presence--my business--was such an inconvenience. Especially considering that customers like me are the reason anyone there gets a paycheck in the first place. I walked out shocked, embarrassed, and honestly disappointed. No one should feel like a burden for asking a pharmacy to... do pharmacy work.
