We got a stuffy this time, ice cream inside, but instead of putting it in the middle, they put the ice cream at the bottom of the cup, so then the ice from the snow cone didn't really form a crust around it. As you enter you are greeted by the selection of drinks pictured right above you. What makes this place unique at least for me is the variety of drink options plus a good selection of crepes and macarons. My selection today was Purple Power Milk Tea, it's a taro drink and it was delicious as always. I accompanied it with Churro Crepe it's a honey, cinnamon and sugar creation it's packed with sweet flavors that went well with the boba. Yes this place is great but what makes it special is not just the variety of options but the people taking care of the place. They are a wonderful group of people, helpful, friendly and quite diligent on getting your order completed in a timely manner. They have ample seating for this type of place with a small table outside when the weather permits. So I recommend this place.

Our order? A customized grande iced white chocolate breve mocha with cold foam; kids' hot chocolate (warm with drizzle, no whipped cream) and a cake pop; and venti iced coffee with a splash of soy milk, pumpkin spice topping, cinnamon, and two pumps of pumpkin sauce. Every single item came out perfect. As our barista patiently walked us through our order without making us feel like we were being difficult, even with all the customizations, it was such a refreshing change from the kind of customer experience that has become quite common lately. Honestly, it has been a long time since I've had drinks prepared this well and this consistently. Talk about above and beyond service: When my granddaughter spilled my drink, the whole team rose to the occasion in grand style, offered to make me another iced coffee, and the replacement provided was even better than the original order. It's clear this team takes real pride in their craft. Thank you for making our stop so pleasant. We'll be back!

The following drinks are SUPER SWEET, but does not contain sugar. So I suspect they use stevia, or some type of natural sweetener. -Tiger Blood: Combo of sweet and sour. Like a snowcone like flavor. -Watermelon Crawler: Imagine a watermelon jolly ranger, but in liquid form. Super sweet, so maybe get extra ice to water it down. Overall, I'd come here again.
